The speed of recharging is much higher in "Lynx", and the maximum number of cartridges 5 instead of 3 in the TOZ. But the "Lynx-K" itself is not equipped with a replaceable choke. Only one nozzle of the "cylinder" type is installed. Reliability of TOZ-106, as a rule, is estimated several times higher than "Lynx". Nevertheless, in order to achieve such a level of reliability, the 106-TOZ requires a thorough fit with the proper locksmith training of the performers.

After a little refinement, the TOZ-106 can withstand the shooting of semimagnum cartridges with 32 grams of shot, and the result is quite acceptable.

To re-charge the rifle "Lynx", you need to tilt the lid of the receiver, which can be done only if the butt is thrown away. Recharging is very slow compared to conventional pump guns. The very process of loading cartridges into a store requires stable skills. The TOO simply changes the store.

Due to the fact that the ОФ-93 is a turning single-barrel, it is much inferior to other firing rates. Firepower is more limited to the shooter - using a conventional 12-gauge cartridge has a strong impact. The only cartridges manufactured at the factory, which somehow can be used - bullets brand "Tandem", or shot sports 24 g. Of course, miracles in terms of combat, these weapons, to put it mildly, does not show. From it you can comfortably shoot only weakened or self-made cartridges (at the rate of half charge or 0.75).

It should be noted that the guaranteed by the manufacturers resource available in the OP-93, is only 400 rounds of conventional ammunition 12 caliber. Taking this gun in hand, it is hardly possible to doubt this.

Compact and wearing

Here the unconditional leader is the new TOZ-106, which is 128 mm (about 5 inches) shorter than the "Lynx". Despite this, the length of the "Lynx" with the folded butt is small enough so that you can freely place it in your backpack. "Lynx-K" is slightly heavier than empty, and if with cartridges in the store, then the difference will increase quite noticeably.

"Lynx" has a serious design flaw - the absence of a special separate stopper that blocks recharging with a cartridge in the chamber, as is often the case with a conventional pump. That is, the gun, if it does not stand on the safety device (which additionally functions as a stopper), can be recharged with ease, regardless of the presence of a chamber in the cartridge. This is not very good, because in the process of wearing it is often necessary to hold the forearm with one hand, and this, especially considering the moment that recharging is carried out while moving the bar forward, can cause unintentional release of cartridges - it will only be necessary to turn the gun upside down and shake it up slightly .

The design of the fuse, from the ergonomic point of view, is very unfortunate. It can not be turned off quickly, in addition, it is necessary to carry out a very unnatural movement. What is the need for such a fuse, which operates only with self-cocking USM - remains a mystery.

The fuse on the TOZ is standard and is located on the shank of the receiver. Given the presence of a folding stock and a pistol grip, this makes it very difficult to access. Despite this, he is still better than the "Lynx".

106-TOZ when the cartridge is sent to the chamber allows you not to produce a drummer's platoon. To do this, just press the trigger (without closing the shutter), and close the shutter, keeping it in the depressed position. To cock the drummer, you just need to lower the shutter.

ОФ-93 is the lightest - 2 kg, when worn disassembled. Instead of a fuse, the drummer's cocking is provided with the help of the key. Each of the models does not have a sighting bar.
