How to restore a TIN with loss?

First of all, what is an INN? In fact, this is the number for which all deductible taxes will come from official work. Get it once in a lifetime. However, sometimes there are situations when you need to restore the TIN or change it. The process of recovery, receipt and replacement is fairly simple. It does not take much time and effort.

Obtaining an INN by an individual:

  1. Make a photocopy of the passport - the main page with a photo and a residence permit.
  2. Approach the tax and get the application form for the TIN.
  3. Fill out this form, focusing on the hanging (or placed on the tables) samples.
  4. Give the completed application to the inspector, attach a copy of the passport to him.
  5. Back for the finished certificate in 2 weeks.

As a rule, although the TIN refers to the most important documents, they use it infrequently. Those who work on the Internet, it is necessary to use the TIN to withdraw their money from WebMoney. People who have worked steadily for many years at the same workplace may not remember it for years. And suddenly, when you change jobs or when you try to get on temporary records, you find out that this document has been irretrievably lost.

How to restore the TIN? Before you go to the tax, you must pay the appropriate fee in any branch of the Savings Bank. The amount of the fee is 200 rubles. Then, with a receipt for payment, you should go to the tax office, fill out a request for re-extradition (the form will be issued by the employee, the sample, as a rule, lies or hangs in a conspicuous place) and wait. The issue of re-extradition is usually resolved within 5-7 days. Then, after a week, you just need to come up and pick up the finished document.

Sometimes you do not just need to restore the document, but change it to another one, for example, if you change your last name (or name, which, of course, also happens, but much less often). Usually, such a need arises in the woman after the wedding, when she takes her husband's name. Registration of TIN in this case takes place according to an even simpler scenario - it is enough to approach a tax with a copy of the marriage certificate, a photocopy of the passport and an old document. In this case, you do not need to pay the state fee. Then, in the same way, you need to fill out an application for the issuance of a new document that the tax worker will issue, indicate in it that the name has been replaced, attach photocopies of documents and give. In a week it will be possible to take the TIN with a new surname.

Before you restore a TIN or replace it with a document with a new surname, many wonder if the number will change? No, it will not change, it's easy to replace a new name (if the replacement was associated with the registration of marriage). Of course, if a person changed his name for other reasons - for example, because of her cacophony, you need to bring a copy of the certificate of change of name from the registry office.

If necessary, you can issue an accelerated issuance of the document. For this, before you restore the TIN, you need to pay the appropriate fee, which is twice the usual - 400 rubles. The rest of the scheme is exactly the same. With accelerated issuance, the certificate can be collected the next day.

Few people know that it is possible to restore this document by mail. Before you restore the TIN, you need to visit a notary and give him a photocopy of your passport, make a copy of your receipt for payment. Then you need to visit the site of the Federal Tax Service and fill in the form "2-2-Accounting" on it. With the help of this service, you can not only fill out an application, but also track information about the status of processing an application. The completed application can be printed out, attached to it all the necessary photocopies and sent by registered mail to the tax address in the place of residence through the mail.

As we see, the receipt and replacement of this document is not at all troublesome. Therefore, do not waste time before restoring the taxpayer's identification number, and immediately start re-registration.
