Now let's get to work. To begin with, unscrew the four fastening screws of the power window motor control gear. Next, remove the cover and remove the driven gear of the reducer. Then unscrew the 2 bolts and remove the body parts from the fasteners. Places for installing the wires of the electric motor must be marked, so that no misunderstandings occur during the assembly of the part. Further, the repair of the window regulator is accompanied by the removal of this part from the shoe. After we disconnect the gearbox housing from the electric motor and knock out the anchor. To do this, we need to clamp the shaft in a vise and using a small hammer carefully knock out the necessary part. It is advisable that it be protected by any rubber gasket, since metal can severely damage the anchor. Next, we need to remove the plastic stop, which is located at the end of the shaft. Then we process the rear hub with a special liquid and extract it with a hammer. This process also needs to be done carefully.

If the parts formed rust, be sure to remove it, because to change the cable window lift otherwise we are unlikely to be able to. The same applies to the armature shaft. To process a corrosion surface it is necessary in two stages. First we remove the top layer of rust with sandpaper, and afterwards we rub it all with gasoline. Then put the repaired bushing in the body of the power window. This is done in a similar way - hammer blows through a rubber lining. But this does not stop the repair of the power window. Next, we heat the brushes in the holder and fix them with wires. After that, we set the rust-proof anchor in the body. Then we unwind the wires and check their contact with the collector. Return the plastic stop to the end of the shaft. The last part is treated with a new lubricant. The seal should be moved so that the gap between the terminals does not exceed 5 centimeters. Then back we connect the wires to the electric motor. The driven gears are mounted in the housing and all this is closed with a lid. The penultimate stage is the connection of the motor housing of the window regulator to the reducer shaft. Now we check the workability of the mechanism and connect the shoe. That's it, the work is done.
