In order to understand how to properly install kvass at home, it should be remembered that such a product is much more delicious, if it is done with a sufficient amount of granulated sugar. Thus, sweet bulk product in an amount of 8-9 large spoons should be put in a glass three-liter jar, and then add to it 3 full spoons of dried kvass and 5-7 peas of active granulated yeast. After that, the main ingredients must be poured clean drinking water (to the shoulders of the jar) and stir it together with the rest of the products using a large kitchen appliance (spoon or fork).

Before you put dry kvass with water in a warm place, you should definitely ensure that the granulated sugar completely melts. Only after this drink can be covered (loose) with a glass lid and left aside for 24-48 hours. The ideal option for such kvass will serve as a window sill, where the hot sun shines throughout the day. In such a place, the sour drink is made very quickly (within 1 day) and it turns out delicious.

In the process of cooking kvass, you can personally see how in the three-liter jar there is an active reaction. And the stronger it is, the sour and vigorous will produce a drinking product.

After 24 hours of sun exposure, the drink will be completely ready. But it is still recommended to try it. If the taste of kvass suits you, then it should immediately be poured on plastic bottles and placed in a refrigerator.

In doing so, it should be remembered that from the leftover at the bottom of the ferment you can make another drink, but only without adding dry granulated yeast to it. As the sediment increases at the bottom, it should be partially drained, leaving only 5-6 large spoons.
