How to prepare a jellied dough for a pie?

Pouring dough for pie is an ideal basis for baking. You can cook it from different components. Kefir, eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream, milk - these ingredients are often used for mixing such a test. They help to get a gentle and soft dessert, literally melting in your mouth.

The recipe for the test pie

Pies are different. Therefore, before preparing them, you need to decide what kind of stuffing you plan to use. If you want to make pastries with fish, mushrooms or cabbage, we recommend to cook the dough for a jelly pie in mayonnaise. Such egg sauce will contribute to obtaining a soft and lush product. But first things first.

So, to independently knead the pouring dough on the pie, you need to buy:

  • Mayonnaise of high fat content - 3-5 large spoons;
  • Eggs large chicken - 3 pieces;
  • Salt is not very large - medium pinch;
  • Sour cream fresh high fat content - 170 g;
  • Soda food without damping - ½ small spoon;
  • Flour sifted light - 5-6 large spoons.

Process of preparation of a basis

Kefir is an ideal product for preparing a filling test. In combination with eggs and other ingredients, it is able to make your baking lush, soft and melting in your mouth.

What ingredients will we need to prepare the jellied dough on kefir for the pie? To implement this recipe, you need to prepare:

  • Kefir medium fat content - 1 cup;
  • Eggs large fresh - 2 pcs .;
  • Salt cooked - 2 small spoons;
  • Soda canteens without quenching - ½ dessert spoon;
  • Flour sifted - 4.5 large spoons;
  • Butter - about 75 g;
  • Cheese grated hard - about 65 g.

Cooking method

The jellied dough on kefir for pie is prepared easily and simply. To do this, sour baking soda is poured into a warm fermented milk product and intensively hindered. After the yogurt stops foaming, large chicken eggs are added to it, which are pre-beaten with a fork.

To the resulting homogeneous mass of yellowish color poured table salt, as well as a thin trickle pour pre-melted and chilled butter. Next to the ingredients add grated on a small grater hard cheese and sifted flour.

Having formed a semi-finished product, it is sent to a preheated oven. At a temperature of 190 degrees, the cake is baked for about 65 minutes. This time should be enough to ensure that the product is fully prepared, has become lush and as soft as possible.

The baked cake is taken out of the oven and is allowed to cool slightly. After that, it is cut into pieces and presented to family members as a full-fledged lunch.

If you want to use such a filling dough on kefir for a sweet pie, then the amount of salt should be reduced to 2/3 of a small spoon. Moreover, the basis should be added to the sugar. Its amount should not exceed 1.5 large spoons, otherwise the product will turn out to be too cloying.

Cases of filling yeast dough

Dough for a jelly pie on milk very often knead with the use of yeast. This base is ideal for both sweet and fresh baking. As a filling for such a pie, you can use different ingredients, for example, fruits, berries, dried fruits, stewed cabbage, mushrooms, potatoes, etc.

So, in order to make a yeast pour batter on a pie, you need to prepare the following products:

  • Whole milk of high fat content - 2 cups;
  • Common salt - 1 pinch;
  • Granulated sugar - 2 large spoons (without a slide);
  • Egg chicken fresh - 1 pc .;
  • Vegetable oil - 4-5 large spoons;
  • Dry yeast - 0,5 bags;
  • Flour sifted - add to the density.

After the yeast base is cooked, it is covered with a towel and placed in a place without drafts. In this condition, the dough is held for half an hour. During this time, it should at times increase in size, become lush and more viscous.

Making a sweet pie

Having kneaded the yeast dough and leaving it in the heat, you can safely do the preparation of the filling. As her, we decided to use fruits such as banana and apples, as well as dried fruits in the form of raisins. All ingredients should be carefully processed and chopped thin slices. After this, it is necessary to proceed to the formation of the pie.

Approached pour batter is divided in half. One half is laid out in a deep shape and equaled with a spoon. After that, first slices of apples are placed on it, followed by banana slices and steamed raisins.

Finally, all the ingredients are covered with a yeast base. Align the dough with a large spoon and cover the entire filling, it is left in this form (near the included oven) for ¼ hour.

After the semi-finished product swells a little, it is sent to the oven. At a temperature of 200 degrees, the product is baked for about 40-55 minutes. During this time, the sweet yeast pie should become lush, soft and rosy. It is removed and slightly cooled.

Having cut home fruit dessert into the same pieces, it is presented to the members of the family together with hot and strong tea.
