Almost every city has an ice palace, where you can ride not only in winter, but also in summer. Being engaged in this active sport only once a week, you will not only lose extra pounds, but also raise your spirits.

For those who do not have sports training, you can do walking. And you need to travel at an active, energetic pace for at least 30 minutes a day.
