Next we need to boil the pasta. Quality products are prepared no more than 5-7 minutes, well and not to be mistaken, read the instructions on the package. In any case, they should be a little hard. That is semi-finished. Water drain, and add macaroni oil. Stir gently. Spread the paste on a plate, and from above add ready-made zucchini. And of course, everything can be covered with grated cheese. It's time to the table!

The first thing you need to boil pasta. Then send them to a colander and wait for the water to drain. Rinse in no case not necessary! But to forget about them for a long time is also not recommended. Otherwise, they simply stick together. Therefore, the best thing you can do is from time to time just stir them with a fork, while you are cooking zucchini. With him, no problems arise. Cook the leaves of the lasagna (make sure they are not digested!). Usually this lasts for five minutes. Then drain the water, lay the layers on a plate and lightly sprinkle them with olive oil. Then take a baking sheet, cover it with parchment, lay the layers of lasagna on it, grease it with plenty of tomato paste, top with a squash mass. After that, the manipulation must be repeated in the same order: a layer of lasagna + tomato paste + roast zucchini. Cover the last remaining layers of lasagna, cover the top with the remaining cheddar and send the container to the oven. Preparation time - no more than ten minutes. The optimum temperature is 180 degrees.

Pasta with zucchini and ham

In principle, all the above recipes can be called vegetarian. While not every family member agrees to eat one "grass". By and large, in any of the proposed zucchini sauces you can, after a little thought, add a meat ingredient. And to make it easier for you, we offer as an example to prepare tasty pasta with zucchini and ham. Yes, and in cheese sauce.

One medium size zucchini is cut into thin strips. Similarly, do the same with a hundred grams of low-fat ham. Mix half the glass of milk and cream and heat them, adding grams of 200 processed cheese. At the same time, prepare the mixture to stir constantly. As soon as it boils, add another hundred grams of grated cheese. Cooking until it dissolves. Add spices and a half teaspoon nutmeg nutmeg. It is not recommended to salt it, as the cheese itself is salty enough. Zucchini fry for five minutes in oil, then add the ham. Cook another five minutes. And then pour in this mixture the resulting sauce (or vice versa, add it to it - not the essence is important).
