Pie with cabbage and fish

Especially delicious is dough, which is mixed with pork fat. From such a test are perfectly obtained as cookies and dessert pies, and unsweetened dishes, for example pie with cabbage and fish.

Ingredients:

  • Pork fat;
  • Yogurt (can be replaced by any other fermented milk product) - 300 ml;
  • egg;
  • cabbage;
  • One onion;
  • carrot;
  • Oil and canned fish;
  • Sugar, soda, salt.

Pie with cabbage and fish, preparation:

Since the dough for this pie is prepared fairly quickly and simply, it should begin with the preparation of the filling. To do this, we shred cabbage and stew it in sunflower oil, adding previously fried carrots and onions, salt. The filling is ready, it is necessary only that it cools down. When the cabbage cools down, add fish to it.

Knead the dough. To do this, pour into a deep plate of curdled milk, fall asleep in it soda and wait until it is extinguished. Once this happens, add egg, pork fat, a little sugar, a pinch of salt and flour to the yogurt (add enough to make the dough elastic). Knead the dough and leave to rise for about twenty minutes.

Next, the dough is divided into two equal parts. One part is rolled out and laid out on a baking sheet, then stuffing, cover everything with a second dough layer, tearing and bending the edges of the cake. The top part of the pie is greased with whipped egg yolk.

Bake at 180 degrees until cooked.

Sour cabbage pie

Ingredients:

  • dry yeast;
  • Wheat flour - a pound;
  • butter;
  • water;
  • sauerkraut;
  • One onion;
  • Sugar, salt.

Preparation:

In this case, the kneading test is done in the bakery. We put the ingredients in the order specified in the instructions, and prepare in the "Dough" mode.

In the meantime, finely chop the onion and fry it. Then add the same sauerkraut and fry again about ten minutes. The pie filling is ready.

The pan, on which the pie with sauerkraut will be baked, is greased with sunflower oil. Part of the test is laid out on a baking tray, on top of it we put stuffing from sauerkraut and close the cake with the rest of the dough.

We bake a cake at 180 degrees for twenty minutes.

Pie with cauliflower and chicken

To make a pie, we need:

  • one egg;
  • 100 grams of sour cream;
  • cauliflower;
  • Chicken breast - a pound;
  • One carrot and a bulb;
  • Oil, salt, herbs.

Preparation:

Grind the onions, carrots finely rubbed. Boil cauliflower in boiling water for two minutes, then disassemble it on the inflorescence, leaving the legs.

We pass the chicken breast through a blender or meat grinder, add salt, a part of onions, a spoonful of sour cream, egg, pepper. We mix everything well.

In the baking dish, we lay out the minced meat, on top of it a layer of carrots fried in sunflower oil with onions, followed by cauliflower. Cabbage water with yogurt or sour cream.

We bake the cake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Then it is advisable to sprinkle it with grated cheese while it is hot.
