Among the variety of varieties of honey, the black-stem is less common. Many did not even hear such a name, let alone taste it. Meanwhile, it has unique healing properties and is considered very useful for the body. What is honey blackblood, what are its taste qualities, what are the useful properties and contraindications? Let's consider in detail each of these questions in our article.

The Origin of Honey

The plant maple is known to all. Maple trees are common everywhere, but they are of no interest to beekeepers. A valuable honey is the flowers of the Tatar maple, or blackblood. The plant is very rare. These trees grow in the south of Russia and in the central regions of the country, as well as in Eastern Europe, Ukraine and the Caucasus. The blackfish reaches an altitude of eight meters, and the period of active flowering of the plant begins in the early days of May.

The complexity of collecting honey from the Tatar maple is that the flowering occurs during the spring period, when the bees have not yet entered the active period of honey gathering. That is why, in pure form, blackheaded honey is very rare. Most often it is collected together with other varieties: acacia and forest.

However, blackbody honey, despite all the positive properties, still has one serious contraindication to eating. This beekeeping product is the strongest allergen. For this reason, the honey of the Tatar maple is categorically contraindicated to people suffering from allergies.

Recommendations for use for adults and children

To improve the body's health, increase immunity and cope with existing diseases, black-honey honey should be consumed daily, starting at half a teaspoon a day. For adults, the norm of honey consumption is 2-3 teaspoons a day, and for children under three years of honey it is better and completely refuse to avoid allergies.

Since this is a very rare grade of honey, it should not be used in cooking recipes, where the products are subjected to heat treatment. Chernoklenovy honey, whose properties are largely unique, loses most of them when the temperature rises to 60 degrees. Use it better in pure form or add it to the composition of natural juices, salad dressing, and also to use as an impregnation for cakes.

Storage conditions

Like honey of any other kind, the blackblade also has no expiration date. He is equally useful in the year of his collection, and even in a couple of years. However, in order to preserve the unique healing properties of this product, it is necessary to provide him with the right storage conditions.

First of all, honey should be poured over glass jars. Store it in a dark, dry place at a temperature of 10-15 degrees above zero. A can of honey can be taken out for storage on the balcony. Do not be afraid if the temperature drops below the recommended value. In a frozen state, honey will retain its healing properties better than when the temperature rises. The heating of the frozen product should take place in natural conditions, and not on the plate.
