High mountain - the abode of peace and tranquility

All travelers are divided into several categories. Some are used to and like to relax on the sunny coasts of sea resorts, plunged into half-asleep and enjoying the tender rays of a gentle sun. The second category does not see the difference between relaxing on the beach or excursions to picturesque, but far from maritime cities. Still others are hermit tourists. They love to be alone with nature, and feel the full harmony away from the whole world. Travelers who by all means are eager to meet extreme adventures, conquest of new peaks and battle with elements, belong to the fourth category.

Lovers of solitary recreation and adventurers know that full unity with nature is given by its formidable and powerful, transmitting their colossal power even through photos, mountains. It is this evidence of natural splendor that allows you to fully experience the power and energy of the planet. A high mountain, the peak of which pierces the defenseless blue of the sky, will fill its conqueror with a huge reserve of forces and open its eyes to the unshakable beauty of nature.

A huge number of travelers seek to get to know the culture of mountain skiing and snowboarding, going to the distant Alps or the Cordilleras. However, the most powerful and majestic ridge is the Asian Himalayas. It is there, one after another, the high mountain replaces its neighbor, in no way inferior to her in its splendor. The Himalayas are the breadbasket of not only natural minerals, but also a refuge for people who left the mortal world for contact with God. It is here that the famous temples of yogis, Buddhists and other seekers of harmony are located. So, in India, on the famous silk road, high above the sea level is the high mountain Kunlun, or rather the ridge, where the border region Ladakh is comfortably located. This mysterious, unexplored and only recently opened for tourists place is the second birthplace of Tibetan Buddhism. Numerous pilgrims from all over the world are striving in this marvelous temple for a meeting with God.

These high mountains, the name of which the Himalayas, stretched their gigantic might along India, Nepal, Pakistan, Bhutan and China. At the same time, the special strength of the ridge is concentrated in the territory of the first three countries. These neighboring states have a huge amount of common climatic, historical and cultural values. However, one thing that they will always unite is the Himalayas.

On a small territory of Nepal, a huge part is occupied by a mountain range. It is here that the largest number of the world's greatest peaks is concentrated. So, on the border of this miniature state with China is the highest mountain of the whole planet - Jomolungma, the modern name of which is Everest. This majestic, snow-capped peak rises 8.8 km above sea level. Every traveler desires to conquer this mountain.

Also, Nepal is pleased to show its guests the edge of Kanchenjunga, located at the border of this country with the spicy territories of India. At the same time, this ridge consists of five peaks, the main one of which is 8 km 586 meters high.

Pakistan also has its heavy landmark. The so-called mountain K2, or Chogori, is located right here, next to the territory of China. This peak is the second peak of the Chomolungma. And it is by right one of the most dangerous for the conquest of the mountains. Only the most extreme tourists are not afraid to fight with the elements of steep slopes.
