Grow And Grow Together With Television

According to the "TNS MEDIA" study conducted in 2008, every resident of Russia over 4 years on average spends about 1500 hours a year on the TV screen. Therefore, TV is the most popular means of leisure. A wide variety of channels gives people the opportunity to choose programs of interest.

Children make up most of the audience of TV viewers, beginning to watch television from a small age. Often, television channels are not suitable for young spectators. Children with their not yet established psyche should not show everything that their parents watch. However, among the total number of channels, children can be called only a few, such as "TeleNyanya" and "Carousel." Consequently, children need special channels with certain programs.

A child at a young age does not have enough ability to take critical information, so children often watch TV programs indiscriminately, absorbing information from films, shows and programs. The consequence of a chaotic choice of TV programs can be a change in children's values and ideas. Moreover, immoderate and improper pastime in front of the TV can hamper the development of the child: his horizons, logical thinking and fantasy will be very meager.

American psychologists estimated that by the age of twelve a teenager on television has time to see about 100,000 scenes of violence and aggression. Many modern cartoons also contain scenes of violence, and children who watch these cartoons become excited and begin to repeat many actions for their favorite characters. Therefore, the child needs to restrain the desire to watch TV in large volumes.

Children's TV shows need to more carefully compile a schedule of programs and try not to include programs that can harm the child's mental or mental development. Channels for young TV viewers should instill in the younger generation an idea of the beautiful, about good and evil, to develop thinking and logical perception of the environment.

Parental responsibility is not only to give your child the necessary, but also personal attention, which in the modern world is in short supply. The TV often replaces the nanny for the child or simply communicating with relatives. But without proper control over the process of watching TV, a child can "wither". Much in this case depends on the observance and responsibility of the parents.

First of all, many parents should think about limiting children in time, held before the "blue" screen. Children under the age of 4 must spend a minimum of time (no more than 1 hour per day) in front of the TV and only under the supervision of an adult, for older children (under the age of 12), the optimal 2 hours will be spent watching TV.

Despite the control over time, we also need control over what the children are watching. A small child should not be left alone in front of the TV screen for a long time, it would be better if the parents, or at least one of them, watched TV together with the child. Problems can arise if the parent wants to watch a movie or some program with a teenager. In this case it will be more correct on the part of adults if you do not watch TV together, then at least ask your child about what it looks. Also for the development of the child should prioritize between those programs that can and should be watched and from which viewing should be avoided.

Educational children's channels need to involve the child not only in the right way of life, but also in the very process of broadcasting. Interactivity will help make the process of watching TV not only interesting, but also educational. Interactive is the interaction through the technical means of communication of users. Synonym of the word interactive can be a word dialog, and, therefore, the process of interactivity will help the child's socialization.

Interactive TV shows on television are not uncommon. There are a large number of telecasts related to the discovery of the child's mental faculties, such as "The Smartest", "The Question of Backfilling"; Sports TV shows: "Jump-Skok team", "Charge with the champion" and many others.

In addition to educational programs on a children's TV channel, you can create special films and shows dedicated to the creation of television programs. It will be interesting for children not only to watch TV, but also to participate in the process of their creation, to find out what is happening "on the other side" of the screen. Young viewers can learn a lot of interesting and informative from the program "Multstudio", which introduces the younger generation to the discovery of a television "workshop" for themselves.

The immersion of televiewers in the creation of animated films will help the development of television. Young children have a special view of the world, which creates their amazing fantasy, yet untouched by surrounding factors. In connection with this, new shows and new types of programs may appear on television.

The channel for children is a very complex ethereal process that forms the younger generation, and, therefore, there must be special control over this process not only from the direction of the channel, but also from the viewers themselves. For the upbringing children's channel specialists are needed to work with children and the production base, which creates conditions for the correct interaction of all the characteristic features of the children's television channel. If we "assemble" all the features of children's television and ensure the harmonious development of this industry, then in the future this can positively influence the "adult" television.
