Consists of a gas soldering iron proper from a gas burner, a container for liquefied gas, an ignition system and a working nozzle. Inside the burner there is a special grate made of ceramics with platinum coating. It is used as a catalyst to prevent the occurrence of an open flame. Thanks to this, the combustion of the mixture takes place in the optimum mode and the soldering iron heats up very quickly.

To adjust the intensity of heating, a special valve is used to regulate the supply of gas. Elements of ignition can be either piezo or mechanical. At full refueling the device can work from several minutes up to 2 - 3 hours. It can be filled from a gas tank for tiles or from a conventional cylinder with a gas for lighters.
