In the sultry and exotic Africa grows lobelia Ethiopian. The plant is poisonous, its milky juice causes severe vomiting. It grows in Peru, Ethiopia, as well as Chile and the West Indies. In Ethiopia, there are many bamboo forests, along the edges of which there are various shrubs. This heather is tree-like, an Abyssinian rose, and so on. And along the edge of these bushes there is a lobelia.

The plant prefers a cool climate, which happens in Africa at an altitude of 2500-3500 m above sea level. The average temperature does not exceed + 14 degrees. Lobelia easily tolerates lower temperatures. Even where the snow falls, it feels great.

Lobelia, or stupid, is a poisonous plant. In Chile, it is bypassed by the tenth road. Some varieties are so poisonous that you can poison yourself with even a couple of flowers. They have a very bizarre appearance, as if this is a tree of the Jurassic period.

Indoor stupa

Few people know what bluntness is in floriculture. This indoor one-year plant. Lobelia erinus, true lobelia with cascades of blue, blue and white inflorescences - very unpretentious flower. It belongs to the family of bell-bells, shoots are weaving and beautifully blossom. More recently, expert breeders have cultivated the Chilean savage. Now lobelia, or dumb, grows well in containers. Her red flowers in contrast to the large green leaves look amazing! Some types of lobelia are considered medicinal, of which narcotic drugs are made.

The stupid is a leisurely river.

Residents of the Western part of Ukraine know what "stupid" is. This is a river that flows in the Ternopil region, its length is 44 km. On both sides of the reservoir is a settlement of the urban type Tolstoy (Tovstee). The river is unhurried, covered with ice in December, and in February-early March an ice drift begins. It has economic significance. In its upper part is a lot of fish.

The lower part of the river is riddled with picturesque canyons. They are included in the thread of tourist routes and rafting along the rivers of Ukraine. What attracts fans of outdoor activities to these places? Huge boulder stones in the valley of the river Tupa, picturesque canyons and caves, pristine nature, remoteness from roads and human life. The stupa flows into Seret, further merges with the Dniester, the waters of this small river are lost in the vast Black Sea.
