Folk Tale "Cockerel - Golden Scallop" - a work of friendship

Tales written by the people themselves are known to us from childhood. Either the mother or the grandmother tells the kids about them at night, reading little books for little ones. And when the Cat and Drozd leave to chop wood, then they leave the Cockerel on the farm, house it, punishing him to sit quietly and do not stick out if the cunning Fox comes.

The cockerel remains alone, and Fox observes this and resorts to the hut. She sings a seductive song, forcing the stupid Petushka to look out the window. Then the Fox grabs him and carries him to his hole. But the hero did not lose his head and shouted, hoping to be heard by his friends, praying for their salvation. Friends hear and help out Cockerel.

A similar story, as usual in folk tales, is repeated three times. The Cat and the Thrush constantly fight back and fight for their friend. And the last time even resorted to a certain cunning, fool Lisa her own methods. The cat takes the gusli, sitting in front of the fox hole begins to play. The fox comes out and gets what it deserves. And three friends return to their hut.

Morality

And yet: friendship is above all, and a cunning and powerful enemy can be defeated by gathering together. How wonderful it is when you have friends who are capable of a heroic deed for your sake.
