• Short response time (15 seconds).

Use of a fire extinguisher

Use OP-10 fire extinguisher at a distance of 3-4 m to the hearth. To start extinguishing the fire, you need to pull the check. The following applies:

• In the type of fire extinguisher, press the trigger.

• In fire extinguishers with a built-in pressure source, the handle of the gas canister is released upwards, then the handle of the spray gun is pressed by hand.

Fire extinguishing is carried out only from the windward side. A stream of fire extinguishing powder is sent to the burning surface, cutting the flame. The powder must be covered with the entire surface. In the combustion zone, a maximum concentration of the extinguishing agent is created. You can use it repeatedly, with interruptions. After extinguishing, the trigger is pressed, and the remaining powder is thrown away from itself.

After use, the fire extinguisher must be recharged.

Lifetime - no more than 1.5 years from the date of manufacture under the proper storage conditions. Fire extinguisher OP-10 can not be installed in direct sunlight and next to heating appliances, the temperature of which can exceed 50 degrees. Every year it must be tested in specialized organizations.
