Feijoa in our country is a rather exotic fruit, despite the fact that it has long been grown in the Crimea, the Transcaucasus and the Black Sea coast of the Caucasus. The homeland of this plant is the tropics of South America. Despite this, feijoa quickly adapted to the new climate, maintaining even small negative temperatures.
