Extruding acne in the home

Probably, on the whole planet there is not a single adult who, at least once in his life, has not faced the problem of acne or small pimples. In the fight against this problem, a variety of methods are used - cosmetic cleansing of the skin, masks, creams, antiseptics, folk recipes and, of course, squeezing out acne. But after all, doctors say that it is impossible to influence them in this way. So what should I do?

Extruding acne: how dangerous is it?

Many are interested in the question of whether it is possible to suppress acne, especially alone. There is no unambiguous answer to this question. Everything here depends on the type of rash, intensity of inflammation, etc.

Physicians, for example, categorically insist that extrusion of acne in the home is prohibited. The fact that the purulent contents of acne can get on the skin and cause more serious complications, or, conversely, get into the blood and cause infection. And in a fresh wound it is very easy to bring an infection that will only intensify the problem.

On the other hand, if you do not touch the pimples, then their contents can harden and in their place later the scars form which can not be taken out practically. Traces of acne on the face - not the most pleasant sight.

And in fact in cosmetic salons this is what they are doing. Cleaning the face is squeezing out pimples. But the procedure is carried out by a specialist using appropriate disinfectants and causing minimal damage to the skin.

Unfortunately, not everyone has the opportunity to address a similar problem in beauty salons. That's why most of us are trying to squeeze out an ugly hillock and regain its former appearance.

Extrude acne: how not to cause irreparable harm to the skin?

If you decide to fight acne yourself, then you must follow certain rules. You can crush only single pimples with yellowish or white contents, as well as "black dots". Remember that the pimple should completely ripen so that at one time you fully understand it.

Do not put acne down with dirty hands, and without cleaning the skin - so you can infect the infection and increase inflammation.

  • The day of the beginning should be washed and steamed. For this purpose, you can use steam baths from decoction of chamomile or string. But if you do not have time or desire, then simply moisten a clean napkin in hot water and put on your face. Remove it after 2 - 3 minutes and rinse your face with water.
  • Now wash your hands with soap, paying special attention to the cleanliness of the nails and the skin underneath.
  • Wipe hands, pimple and skin around it with antiseptic solution. You can use salicylic alcohol or cologne. Remember that alcohol dries, and if you use it often enough, the upper layers of the skin will begin to peel and coat.
  • Now wrap your fingers with clean pieces of bandage or napkins. This will protect you from penetrating the infection into the wound, and also protect against skin damage. The fact is that the traces of the nails remain very long, and with strong pressure, even scratches are formed.
  • Now place your fingers at a sufficient distance from the top of the pimple so that pressure is carried from the inside. If you press directly on the site of a cluster of purulent contents, it can penetrate deep skin balls.
  • Remember that you have to squeeze out all the pus. The procedure is completed only when the blood began to be allocated from the wound. Otherwise, inflammation and suppuration may begin again and become more intense.
  • Now treat the squeezed pimple with an antiseptic - cologne or peroxide.
  • Remember that a mature pimple should be squeezed out easily. If its contents are difficult to remove, it means it is not yet ripe. Try again the next day.
  • Do not press too hard - you can damage the vessels and internal tissues. Sometimes this can lead to more intense inflammation or bruising.

Now you know how to get rid of pimples and do not damage the skin. Remember that non-compliance with simple hygiene regulations can lead to dangerous complications.
