On the opposite side is the same. We make cuts in place of crosses and cut out small circles. Above each circle we draw from the opposite side on the cross and cut (also crosswise). The handle of the spoon (or some kind of analog) is pushed into the round hole, fixed in the opposite crosswise incision. Exactly the same manipulations with the second spoon. The bird feeder is almost ready. It remains to make a hot nail holes under the neck of the bottle and pass through them a rope. Let the bird feeder be filled with your child's hands. Can I make feeder feeders myself ? Of course. Below is one of the options.

Material: two blanks (steel, 80 mm by 60 mm, thickness 1 mm), wire (2 pieces, length 20 mm, diameter 6 mm), auxiliary workpiece (80 mm by 30 mm, thickness 5 mm), metal mesh 4-6 mm).

Tools: scales, crucible (for melting lead), drills (6 mm, 16 mm), ruler with a pencil, calipers, breaker, dies, anvil, hammer, tongs, drill (ideally - drilling machine), hacksaw ).

Job. We start with the selection of material (two tires - steel and auxiliary), the metal should be soft. Cut off 2 blanks (60 by 80 mm and 30 by 80 mm). Fold the workpieces in such a way that the two main ones are on the outside, the auxiliary in the middle. Equalize, focusing on the length of 80 mm.

The auxiliary workpiece will be required to mold the mold in the form of an ellipse. This form is suitable for many conditions, it is stable on the ground and gives strength to the feeder. Combine and fix the "sandwich", which we got (grabbing at the ends welding). We fix in the vice assembly (short side up).

From the corners (the distance from the side and from the top is 10 mm) we put the markings where there will be holes for the stops of the 2 halves of the molds. Now kernuem, make holes (through, a drill 6 mm).

Forms are tightened on the stoppers. Cut off two pieces of wire (6 mm, length of 20 mm). Each pin on one side is ground by 10 mm, so that the pins enter the hole without play. Untreated (10 mm) we drive into the pot in one half (if it staggers, sweat boil it). Next, we peck, marking the middle point of the "sandwich", holding it in a vice. Pay attention to stability and reliability of fastening. The drilling machine is centered so that the hole is perpendicular to the surface. We mark on the drill the depth of the required dive (until the exit should remain no more than 5 mm). We pass first a drill 6 mm, then the second - 16 mm. Expand the parts. We remove the plate. Mark the edges (17 mm) and cut off excess. Leave the hangers on top (16 mm). To make the casting convenient, we make a sweat, expand the drill with a 16 mm neck. In the grid for the feeder, cut the strip 80 mm by 50 mm. The smaller edge (50 mm) is applied to the side of one halve and mark the place of sweats for our grid. On both sides of the mold, we make symmetrical cuts along the profile and the depth of the grid.

The final stage. We make wire from ears for fastening. Under the ear we saw 2 sweaty. Halves should fit snugly. We grind the pointed corners and grind the roughness. All. The work is done!
