History of 50 years

For more than 50 years, the series "Doctor Who" has been aired, the list of which is being replenished to this day. The first episode was released in 1963 on the British television channel BBC. Initially, "Doctor Who" was designed for teenagers and pursued educational goals. But over time, he gained success with a wide audience of viewers of different ages and spheres of activity. According to the story, the Doctor periodically changes his appearance. Being the Time Lord, he is able to regenerate in case of danger, getting a new body. So who is this Doctor?

Doctor Who calls himself the last Time Lord. He travels on his space-time spacecraft - "Tardis", which took the form of a blue police booth as a result of a malfunctioning system of camouflage. Having access to any point of the universe in the present, past and future, he experiences incredible adventures, saves the world, and sometimes creates anew. The doctor does not have a name. The reason for this remains a mystery throughout the series. The fate of this character is based on personal and universal tragedy. Once in the past, he destroyed the home planet of Gallifrey with all of its population. This uneasy decision put an end to the all-destroying War of Time. Since then, the Doctor is the last representative of his kind.

In order not to feel lonely, traveling the universe, the Time Lord takes with him satellites, to which he has warm friendly feelings. Basically, these are representatives of the terrestrial human race. It is the satellites that play a key role in the Doctor's misadventures, help him avoid mistakes and prevent catastrophes.

Season 1 - Evil Wolf

Under the 1st season, episodes that have been on air since 2005 are meant. It is with them that they begin to get acquainted with the series "Doctor Who".
