Dessert of pears, kiwi and mandarins for the joy of children

Desserts made of fruits and berries are popular at all times. Fruit cocktails, salads, pies, cakes, biscuits and cakes are the perfect decoration for any table. Do not forget about the benefits of such dishes in the diet. For example, apples are a source of special carbohydrates, which affect the level of cholesterol, significantly reduce the chances of developing cancer. A pear dessert is an excellent choice for a successful fight against bronchitis and anemia.

Exotic fruits, particularly mandarin and kiwi, have a beneficial effect on the heart muscle. Also, citrus fruits are famous for their wealth of vitamin C, which is also an excellent way to increase immunity.

Apples are used widely enough. But undeservedly offended were the pears. Let's think about how to prepare an unforgettable dessert from pears, and one that will emphasize all the dignity of this fruit. The most simple dish is a salad. Ingredients:

  • Pears - 700g;

  • Sugar - 1 kg;

  • Water - 1 glass;

  • Vinegar (apple) - 1 cup;

  • Cloves (spice) - 2 pieces;

  • Cinnamon - 1 crust (5 g);

  • lemon acid.

We clear the fruits from the skin. Medium and small pears are left whole, large divide in half. We take the core out of the fruit. Pears quickly darken, so to avoid this, it is enough to put the fruits in acidified water. Next, we prepare the syrup, which includes water, sugar, vinegar and spices. We put pears in it and cook on low heat until they are ready. Pears are ready, when they can easily be punctured with a stick (match, straw, toothpick). Next, we take out the fruit from the syrup, put the large glass dessert dish on the bottom and fill it with syrup (strained). On top of the dessert, the pear is decorated with whipped cream or sour cream.

This is a universal dish for all seasons, but in a sultry summer to get rid of thirst and fatigue help citrus. Try to prepare a fairly simple dessert of kiwi, which is often offered in most resorts in Europe. We need:

  • Cream (15-20%) - 250 ml;

  • Cottage cheese (10-15%) - 300 g;

  • Yoghurt (creamy) - 300 g;

  • Kiwi - 2-3 pieces;

  • Sugar (sand) - 2.5 tbsp;

  • Sugar (vanilla) - 5g;

  • Lemon peel - 1 tablespoon;

  • Jelly (for decoration).

Beat with a mixer or whisk cream. Stir yogurt with cottage cheese and add lemon peel, vanilla sugar and granulated sugar. Beat all the ingredients combined with a mixer.

Peel kiwi from the peel and cut out a few even beautiful slices to decorate the dessert. The rest is crushed with a blender. Add 0.5 tbsp. Sugar and mix.

Spread in suitable glasses (kremanki) layers: interlayers of kiwi alternate with layers of curd mass. From above all is decorated with small cubes of jelly, leaves of mint and slices of green citrus. As you can see, there is nothing fantastic, and the kiwi dessert is prepared quite quickly.

And now we are preparing a bright dessert of tangerines. It would seem that one can do from them. It turns out that there are over two hundred recipes for the preparation of original dessert dishes from this citrus. Consider the option, which is prepared in minutes, and the impression leaves bright, sunny and for a long time. We will need:

  • Tangerines - 4 pieces;

  • Vanilla ice cream - 300 g.

Beat together both ingredients with a mixer and quickly eat, of course, you can, but it's too easy. And you try to carefully separate the tangerines, cutting each slice with a knife in half. With cautious movements we take out the flesh from the tangerine peel - and we get the peculiar "pots". Now beat the flesh with ice cream with a mixer or blender, and then put this mixture into improvised pot baskets. Before consumption, it is desirable to keep such a dessert of mandarins hour 3 in the refrigerator. Handsomely?

Be bold and fantasy. Remember, fruit is not only delicious, but healthy food. And whether a dessert of pears or outlandish pamela is completely unimportant, the main thing - vitamins.
