Foam generator is a special device specifically designed for the formation of foam. In the future, foam foam is produced in the mortar mixer on the basis of the foam obtained. When using the device, a microporous foam is produced, which determines the number of pores of their own resistance to various external influences and strength. The less foam is obtained as a result, the more robust the foam concrete will be. Today it is used at almost every stage of construction. It is used to create overlappings, for insulation of the floor and walls of the room, as well as for the insulation of the roofs and their effective protection against the adverse effects of the environment. In addition, it is worth noting that the construction of houses from foam concrete blocks is becoming more common every year, as they are a relatively cheap type of building materials, and construction itself using these elements takes quite a bit of time. The buildings and structures built of them are distinguished by their durability and strength. At the same time, as a result of the use of such material as foam concrete, construction costs can be reduced by 30-40%, which in itself adds advantages to this material.

Foam concrete perfectly preserves dryness and heat in the room, has high strength, and the process of its production is associated with low costs. Currently, its production gives about 250-300% profitability. Hence, in many cases it is expedient to use a self-made foam generator.

It's quite easy to make a foam generator with your own hands. At the same time, the cost of production will not be high. And the foam generator, assembled by its own hands, will cost several times cheaper than buying a ready-made device.

The design is based on special valves, some of which overlap the supply of foam, while others specify the density of the substance at the outlet. The foam generator itself consists of three main modules: a solution supply module for subsequent foaming, a foaming module and a dosing unit. The well-coordinated work of all three modules is the key to the smooth operation of the device.

At the same time, the principle of the self-made foam generator does not differ in any way from the principle of the factory assembly device. In a special compartment at an angle of 90º, concentrate is fed, after which the starting material is saturated with oxygen (by mixing with the airflow). At the output (thanks to the foam cartridge), the foam is converted into a bulk mass.

This is the main principle of action, which will need to be met if you need to make a self-made foam generator. With your own hands, you will also need to adapt an air compressor with a pressure of 6 atm. Of course, in the absence of such a compressor, it is possible to supply the solution via an ordinary pump, but carrying out large amounts of work will require the availability of appropriate equipment. In total, the output can receive up to 500 liters of foam per minute. Qualitatively made foam generator with their own hands will produce a lot of high quality, more technologically and in large volumes.
