Recipe № 1. Yeast pie with chicken and bell pepper

For the test, you will need:

  • Flour - half a kilogram;
  • Yeast (dry) - 1 teaspoonful;
  • Milk - 1 glass (220 - 250 grams);

  • Salt - a pinch (you can slightly more).

For the filling you will need:

  • Chicken (breast) - 300-350 grams;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 2 pieces;

Initially, it is necessary to boil the milk, after which allow the time to cool slightly. Then yeast, sugar (half) and a little flour are added to it. Everything is mixed and placed in a warm place so that the yeast works.

And at that time the filling is being prepared. Chicken breast is put into a pot of water and sent to a gas stove - cook. The chicken should be cooked to the full. Then take the Bulgarian pepper. It must be cleaned of seeds, washed and cut into small cubes.

After the chicken is cooked, it must be put on a plate and cooled. Cool the bird should be cut into small cubes and placed in a container, which will be convenient to mix. For the test, you will need:

  • Milk - half a liter;
  • Flour - three or three and a half cups;
  • Eggs - one piece;
  • Salt - according to your taste;
  • Sugar - one table spoon.

For the filling you will need:

  • Chicken (fillet of boiled) - 400 grams;
  • Cheese (solid) - 90-120 grams;
  • Pepper fragrant (ground) - to taste;
  • Greens (parsley, dill, basil) - a few twigs;
  • Salt - according to your taste.

Dough is mixed from milk, flour, eggs, salt and sugar. Of it, pancakes are cooked, the thickness of which should be about 3 millimeters (maybe a little more).
