Cecilia was born in Rome in 1966. Her parents are opera singers. Mother - Sylvana Bazzoni, father - Pietro Angelo Bartoli. They were soloists of the Rome Opera House. She took part in the mass episode of the opera Tosca, which was staged in the Roman theater, and was in the form of a shepherd.
