Cecilia was born in Rome in 1966. Her parents are opera singers. Mother - Sylvana Bazzoni, father - Pietro Angelo Bartoli. They were soloists of the Rome Opera House. The very first and main teacher on the vocals of Cecilia was her mother. For the first time on the "big" scene the future star came out at the age of nine. She took part in the mass episode of the opera Tosca, which was staged in the Roman theater, and was in the form of a shepherd.
