Calculation of pension to military personnel
Since January 1, 2012, monetary allowance has been increased in the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Accordingly, retirement pensions also increased. But the calculation of the pension to servicemen has changed significantly. At preservation of a former order of charge the factor of depression 54% has been entered.
In addition, now in the calculation of a pension, military servicemen do not fully include the amount of their monetary maintenance, but only 50% of it with a service of 20 years.
Now the calculation formula is as follows:
(50% + 3% for each year after 20 years of service, but not more than 85% in total) \ x 54% + (2% in addition to the year when indexation of the monetary allowance will be carried out )
- Ovd - official salary;
- Ovz - salary according to rank;
- Нвл - extra charge for long service.
Annually from January 1, there will be an indexation of pensions by increasing the coefficient of 54% by an additional 2%. According to preliminary calculations, it is assumed that this measure will lead to an annual increase in military pensions by 3.7%.
In those years when the indexation of military salaries of officers and military rank will be made, retirement pensions will be indexed twice.
The new calculation of the pension to the servicemen Allowed to increase them from the beginning of 2012 to an average of 16.953 rubles. At the same time, the average military pension exceeds the civilian pension by 40%.
Many of the military during the service are on business trips in hot spots, perform other duties related to the risk to health and even life. The law provides for an increase in their pensions if, as a result of the performance of their official duties, they become disabled. The amount of the increase is calculated on the basis of the current size of the social pension, by multiplying it by the corresponding coefficient. All of them are listed in the table:
- the first group - 300% -250%;
- the second group - 250% -200%;
- the third group - 175% -150%.
Since July 2008, a pension for military Can be increased if the retiree has 5 years of insurance experience and at the same time the man has reached the age of 60 years and the woman is 55. To assign this part of the payments it is necessary to apply to the Pension Fund department. Let us briefly consider another type of military pension - the loss of the breadwinner.
