Prepare the part for the pillowcase. Do not forget that you need to cut out the fabric with a margin. Then make a large number of fleece circles. To do this, use a compass or attach a cover to the material and circle it with a pencil. Better make the circles large enough, somewhere 10 cm in diameter.

Cut the circle in a spiral, and then make a wave on the line (see the figure above). Now roll the part into a roll. You have to roll from the very edge. Attach the end with a thread or glue gun. Make several such pieces of rosette.
