BAT: what is it and what was it used for?

In many Soviet films about the war, we heard the word "LOAD". What is MTBF and how was it used? Military specialists know the answer to this question, but modern generations who have not seen the war live will be interested.

NDT as an element of protection of soldiers

If we talk about the SZOT (deciphering - derevozemlyаnaya firing point), then this was in due time an effective means of camouflage, designed to conduct fire on the forces of the enemy. Note that if the shelter was well disguised, the enemy could not destroy it. The main military task of the soldiers who were sitting at this point was to inflict as much damage to the enemy as possible, but at the same time preserving the integrity and safety of the bunker.

What is the MCPA with the skeleton of an unsharp construction? This is a military structure, which is partially embedded in the ground. The internal equipment of the defensive structure is minimal. The embrasure is so wide that the fire can be conducted within a radius of up to 50 degrees. On top of the embrasure it is desirable to install a shield to protect against grenades, because if the grenade or other dangerous object hits the bunker, the bunker is destroyed. What is the destruction of this fortification? Of course, the death of soldiers who were in it.

Such fire points are no longer used today

The current young military only in the military history classes will be able to learn about the MPT that such a structure was relevant during the Second World War. Earth's fire point is an engineering structure that was used already in the times of the 1-st world. Materials for construction: earth, wood, stones, grass for camouflage.

As for the land, everything is clear. The deep-excavated deepening is being built by the MPT. What is the grass for camouflage? The fire position should be covered as much as possible in order to give the area of this fortification the most natural appearance. Wood and stones are used in the construction of the bunker. In the images we see a log wooden roof. The stones could be used in different ways, for example, for arranging the floor.

Note that this fortification structure was not reliable under any battle conditions.
