What will the civil war in Syria lead to?

Two years have passed since the mass demonstrations of the opposition in Syria turned into an armed conflict. The civil war in Syria divided the country into two camps. On the one hand, federal government troops supporting the current regime of Bashar Assad, and gangs of revolutionary militants seeking to overthrow this regime. Opposition forces consist of groups armed with NATO and Arab countries. Some of them closely cooperate with terrorist organizations such as Al-Qaida and Front-Al-Nusra. Government troops are supported by the Russian Federation and Iran. Despite all attempts to resolve the conflict, the situation in Syria continues to heat up.

Civil war in Syria has already claimed the lives of more than 70 thousand people. The flow of refugees flooded Lebanon, Israel and Turkey, during the conflict the country has already left more than a million citizens. Events in Syria are reflected not only within the country itself, but throughout the world. Other countries have already been involved in the conflict. The federal troops of Assad bombed Lebanon, motivating their actions by destroying the mercenary and militant camps that are being trained there.

One of the most "heavy" issues that caused the civil war in Syria - supplying opponents with weapons. Bashar Assad receives assistance from Russia and Iran. The opposition is sponsored by Qatar, the UAE, Israel and the NATO bloc countries. And if the Western countries and the US are limited to the supply of light, not lethal weapons, then the help from other countries does not end only with the supply of finance and weapons. In the detachments of militants, a large number of mercenaries from various countries are at war. Most of them are trained in the camps of Lebanon, Turkey, Qatar, led by American and Israeli instructors. Turkey decided to provide its territory for the installation of the American missile complex "Patriot". This decision will lead to the fact that the aviation of the Syrian army can no longer control the north of the country.

Deliveries of weapons in the "hot spots" are increasingly tense the situation. Firstly, this leads to an increase in the volume of smuggling of arms delivered, and now it can be in the territory of any other state. Secondly, the civil war in Syria does not cease for a minute, the weapons warehouses pass from hand to hand, which means that the weapons supplied by Russia may be in the hands of the militants.

The civil war in Syria is also a clash of two religious Muslim movements of Sunnis and Shiites. More radical Sunni revolutionaries are sent to Syria to conduct a jihad, a campaign against "infidels", Shiites, most of whom serve in the army of Assad Bashar.

A small country in the Middle East has become a place of conflict between the interests of the world's major powers, such as the United States and Russia, and the place of struggle of the main Muslim currents. America seeks to establish control over Middle Eastern oil and strengthen its influence in the region. If the rebel troops win, the US will gain control over the entire Middle East. What is fundamentally contrary to the intentions of Russia and China.
