Baltic resorts of Poland

The Republic of Poland is attractive for tourists with a glorious history, an abundance of cultural and natural attractions, low prices (compared to Western Europe), and an excellent level of service. Beaches are sandy, very spacious. In Kolobrzeg beautiful nature. The beaches are fringed with forests and lakes. The resort has its own microclimate. From the seventh century, Kolobrzeg is famous for its salt springs. Rapa was once evaporated, and precious crystals were exported to Western Europe or Scandinavia. Kolobrzeg bears the unofficial name "The Pearl of the Baltic". If you compare the sea resorts in Poland, then this town is the oldest, which began to receive tourists. The first house for holidaymakers was built at the end of the century before last. Now it's a sanatorium. The best time to try on a microclimate of Kolobrzeg is August. Krynica Morska

In Poland, there are at least three settlements with the name Krynica ("well"). Therefore, the city on the Baltic Sea and was given the definition of Morska. It is located ninety kilometers from Gdansk. In summer, ferries from Kaliningrad go to Krynica Morsku . The climate can not boast of a town - the average monthly temperature in July is + 21. But in terms of ecology Krynica Morska leaves far behind other resorts in Poland. Herds of wild boars can be seen even within the city. These animals are not dangerous. History lovers are advised to visit Frombork, which is only seven kilometers from Krynica Morskaya, Stegna, and the "Stutthof Concentration Camp" in the village of Kony-Rybak.

Loeba

Like many Polish resorts on the Baltic Sea, this one is also located at the mouth of the river. Leba gave the name not only to the town in its delta, but also to the lake, which was formed as a result of dune deposits. This resort is suitable for fans of outdoor activities. Here there are three beach areas with the purest sand. The whole history of the town is connected with the struggle against the dunes. Sand hills move at a speed of five meters per year, and in the storms they cause serious damage. But the seaside provides an opportunity for horse and bicycle riding, surfing. The lakes of Sarbsko and Lebsko are separated from the Baltic Sea by a scythe, which is the main natural landmark of the town. Children will certainly be delighted with Leba's Dinosaur Park .

Miedzyzdroje

Now consider the Baltic resorts of Poland near the German border. The main cities here are Szczecin and Свиwinoujцеcie. Twelve kilometers from the last, on the island of Wolin, the resort of Miedzyzdroje is located. This town is very ancient. It was founded in 1186. Swinoujscie

This city-port is located at the very border with Germany. From the airport of Szczecin it is separated seventy-five kilometers. Like many other resorts in Poland, long time German, Swinoujscie has a developed health resort infrastructure. Here, mud, boric, bromine and iodine mineral waters are treated with skin and gynecological diseases, metabolic disorders, respiratory and cardiovascular problems. The pride of Свиwinoujцеcie is the ancient fort (a copy of the Roman castle of Sant'Angelo) and the spa park, which was destroyed at the beginning of the nineteenth century. Jastarnia

The Baltic resorts in Poland are called democratic prices. But there are among them and absolutely exclusive. One of them is Jastarnia. It is located on the peninsula-spit of Hel. Back in the seventeenth century there were several islets. But over time, the sea and wind joined them in a braid, and the fishing villages turned into one resort. In the era of developed socialism on this peninsula were located private dachas of party bosses. And even now, Jastarnia is not like other Polish resorts. There is a completely different, unhurried atmosphere. The contingent resting in Yastarn - yachtsmen, inveterate fishermen, windsurfers. In the Puck bay due to the prevailing southern winds, a unique microclimate has developed.
