Baked cauliflower is a gourmet dish!

When choosing the method for processing cauliflower, one should be guided not only by taste, but also in order to preserve the useful substances as much as possible. So, let's consider some recipes, thanks to which cauliflower, baked in the oven, will get the most useful and tasty.

Baked meat casserole

Baked cauliflower with meat is a full-fledged second course, quite satisfying and tasty. For its preparation, the following ingredients will be required:

- cauliflower;

- 300-400 grams of minced meat, it is best to use mixed minced meat, prepared from beef and pork;

- 1 egg;

- 100 grams of hard cheese;

- garlic - 2 cloves;

- onions - 1 head;

- ground pepper;

- mayonnaise.

First you need to thoroughly wash the cauliflower, after having released the head from the leaves. Inflorescences separated from each other do not need! We lower into boiling water, cook about 6-7 minutes. We get out of the pan, and while cauliflower cools, we make minced meat. To do this, add raw egg, onion, salt, pepper to the milled meat and form a mass. We stuff the head with the minced meat, filling it with the entire space between the inflorescences. It turns out a kind of a ball. Then rub this ball with garlic and cover it with mayonnaise. Bake the dish for 45 minutes in the oven, the optimum temperature is 180-200 degrees.

Ready to put the casserole on a dish and sprinkle it with grated cheese, then put it in the oven for another 10 minutes until the moment when the cheese becomes golden. Such a recipe for cauliflower casseroles can also be used to prepare a festive table. It turns out a simple and tasty dish.

Here is another recipe that will help you to cook cauliflower very quickly and simply. For cooking you need cabbage and cheese. Cabbage is well cleaned from dirt and leaves, rinsed in cold water, put in deep dishes and poured with boiling water. Please note that baked cauliflower will get better if the product is not boiled in advance. Then merge the water and divide into inflorescences. We put it in a form, oiled, inflorescences up, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven until golden brown.

Cauliflower in dairy sauce

Purified cauliflower slightly boil, break into inflorescences, add milk sauce and mix. Then add the nutmeg to the resulting mass. We form individual portions, which we spread on a sheet, on top, we still cover with milk sauce and breading. Bake in the oven.
