AT Tvardovsky, "Vasily Terkin": a short summary of the poem

In 1945 it was written by such famous author as Alexander Tvardovsky, "Vasily Terkin". He played the accordion, forcing everyone to dance to his cheerful melodies, convincing the old people of victory, raising their spirits and giving them hope. These were not only the thoughts of the hero, so Tvardovsky thought.

Vasily Terkin: a short trip to his homeland

One of the fighters lost his pouch. Vasily remembers how he remained during the wound without a hat, and the nurse offered him her. Terkin kept the hat until now, so he gave the soldier his pouch, explaining his act by saying that everything in the war can be lost, except for the homeland. Spring has come, but here the buzz of a May beetle is drowned out by the sound of a bomber. All the soldiers fell to the ground, and only Vasily rises to his full height and shoots a rifle, knocking down an enemy aircraft, for which he receives the order.

In his poem, Alexander Tvardovsky, heroism, selflessness and strength of Russian soldiers, depicted very colorfully and reliably. Vasily Terkin (the summary of the work described his character in detail) is a collective image, that's why he is so close to many people.
