Actress Tatyana Pankova: filmography and interesting facts from life

On December 27, 1916, a daughter was born to engineer-technologist Petr Ilyich Pankov and mathematics teacher Zinaida Andreevna Chizhova. Her parents called her Tatiana.

Parents of the actress

The appearance of the child occurred in St. Petersburg. In addition to Tatiana, Zinaida Andreevna and Pyotr Ilyich had one more daughter and two sons.

The Pankov family, in spite of the parents' professions far removed from their creative work, was a great fan of theatrical art, one can even say that the spirit of the theater lived in their apartment. Pyotr Ilyich was very fond of poetry, he possessed great artistry and often read to children a variety of poems, even in his own way altered folk tales. At the same time neither the father nor mother of Tatyana Petrovna wished her future for her daughter to be connected with art. They preferred that she and the rest of the children should master some profession to which others would be treated more seriously.

As a result, their wishes did not come true, and not only Pankova Tatiana, whose years of life flown on stage and in the cinema, but also all the other children of Zinaida Andreevna and Pyotr Ilyich related their destiny to the theater.

Brothers and Sister

In many respects this was the elder brother of Tatiana Vasily, who was so in love with theatrical art that he transferred this enthusiasm to the other children. Vasily was the first to enter the stage, he was lucky enough to play at the Bolshoi Drama Theater. Great support in this was provided by the family, being a constant spectator not only at the premiere, but even at all the general rehearsals of Vasily. Later he became an artist of the theater of the Red Banner Baltic Fleet, but in late summer 1941, almost at the very beginning of the Great Patriotic War, he was killed.

Tatyana Petrovna's younger sister, Nina, also played quite successfully on the stage of the Bolshoi Drama Theater, in parallel she was engaged in teaching activities at GITIS.

The younger brother Pavel, like Nina and Vasily, also became an actor. Like them, he played in the Bolshoi Drama Theater, became a well-known actor, having played a successful role in the play "Meshchan" (Teterev), which was staged by Tovstonogov G. In addition, Pavel filmed a lot in the cinema. He died in 1978.

Spouses

During her life she was married three times to Tatiana Pankova. Her personal life was intense and interesting. The first marriage was with the actor of the Bolshoi Drama Theater Shlyapnikov Boris, who served along with her elder brother Vasily. Together with him, he died during the war.

Later, Tatyana Petrovna Pankova, an actress who had already become famous, tied her life by marriage to another artist, Nazarov Konstantin. They met at the Maly Theater, where he began to play. Then Nazarov moved to the Theater of the Young Spectator, tried his hand at the movies. The divorce of the actors was due to Nazarov's addiction to alcohol.

Tatyana Petrovna's third husband was a scientist, candidate of art criticism, Oleg Mikhalkovich Agarkov, who worked as a conductor and head of the Gnessin Institute Opera Studio. Favorite composers of Oleg Mikhailovich were Beethoven, Prokofiev, Mozart, whom he constantly listened to at home, instilling love for great musicians and his wife. OM Agarkov died in 1987.

School

Surprisingly, in addition to the fact that Tatyana Pankova began to engage in her future profession at school, that is, to participate in school plays and other similar events, she also had a good understanding of the mathematical sciences. So, she even won first place in the Soviet Union in the olympiad among girls! Probably, the mother's profession still affected the girl.

Still, Tatyana Petrovna something stopped, slowed down on the way to the stage. It was her appearance. Indeed, the actress was not a beauty.

Higher educational institutions

After graduating from high school, Tatyana Petrovna entered the Leningrad University. However, after some time she realizes that scientific work is not the meaning of her life, therefore she throws out the physics and mathematics faculty and transfers it to the Polytechnic Institute, where she continues to study at the metallurgy department. Nevertheless, after graduating in 1939 from this educational institution and having obtained the corresponding diploma, Tatyana Petrovna goes to Moscow. Its goal is to enroll in the school in Shchepkin, created at the Maly Theater.

The reason for this choice of the school was that before that, back in Leningrad, Tatyana came to the performance of the troupe from the Maly Theater. The play of his actors, in particular N. Rybnikov, was so amazing to the actress that she did not want to hear about any other educational institutions.

Admission to the school

Paying tribute to her vanity, Tatyana Petrovna decided to pass the exams not only to the school she chose initially upon her arrival in the capital. She tried her hand at the exams at the Shchukin School, and in the studio at the Realistic and Chamber Theaters. And it should be noted that in all these institutions the actress was accepted. Despite this, still Tatiana goes to study in Schepkinskoye.

Teachers of the future actress are two remarkable people - Georgian AP and Zubov K.A.

Front everyday life

It so happened that the time of study at the Schepkinsky School was during the war, so both the school and the Maly Theater were temporarily transferred to Chelyabinsk. There the initial role played by Tatiana Pankova took place. The actress played Baba Vasilisa in the performance based on the novel by L. Tolstoy "Patriotic War of 1812".

Later, the administration of the Maly Theater set up a so-called front-line affiliate, to which Pankov immediately enrolled. Together with the troupe, she traveled the whole front, she had to stage plays in front of the soldiers and play for 7-8 hours, and not on any stages or scaffolding, but directly on the actors carrying the trucks. Sometimes it even happened that the performance with the participation of the actress was held literally in half a kilometer from the location of the enemy forces.

Thus, Tatyana Pankova spent 2 long years at the front, helping the fighters feel themselves in the right country, giving them a chance to remember peace time, their loved ones, their native places. These were hard years, but Tatiana never faltered, and in moments of weakness she thought about what gives people a small rest and the opportunity to escape from the cruel reality. During this time she played in such wonderful comic productions as "Jubilee" for Chekhov, "The Wedding of Balzaminov", "Do not Get into Your Sledge" by Ostrovsky. For the image of Arina Fedotovna in the last performance Pankova was awarded a prize at the Moscow review of the front theaters. In addition, years of activity at the front brought Tatiana Petrovna and a military award "For the Defense of the Soviet Arctic".

Return from Front

1943 became for the actress defining all of her future existence - she was accepted into the Maly Theater. Before the end of her life she worked here. Her work experience at the Maly Theater was 68 years.

In those harsh military days, Pankov was recalled from the front-line theater, and returned to the capital. The return of the actress was overshadowed by the death of her father and mother in besieged Leningrad. Mother and father were never able to see their beloved daughter in the theater arena. Despite such grief, Tatyana Petrovna continued to work, which, perhaps, helped to cope with the grief. Contributed to this and the new production of Pogodin Nikolai "The Creation of the World." Having plunged headlong into art, Tatyana seemed to have gained new strength. In the play, Pankova played old Semyonovna, because she did not like to play young heroines. Even the very first images Tatiana Petrovna received age. To play such scenic images, it was necessary to have the professionalism and a special gift that the actress had.

Age roles of the actress

It should be noted that such roles were usually "famous old women", as was usual in the Maly Theater. In this system of selection of actors Tatyana Pankova it was necessary not only to show patience, but also to be ready for self-sacrifice. At any time, the actress was supposed to be ready to get a random role.

One of its teachers, KA Zubov, said that if she was trained according to his methods, then she would go to school and be able to get any role in the original composition. But if she wants to go through the university, she needs to "follow the old women".

Tatyana Petrovna, listening to the instructions of an experienced teacher, did the same. From Pashenna VN she got such characters: Kukushkina from the play "Profitable place", Staritskaya from "Ivan the Terrible", Kabanikh from "Storm". From the famous actress Shatrova, EM Pankova received the roles of Volokhova from the play "Tsar Fyodor Ioannovich" and Matryona from "The Power of Darkness". It is noteworthy that when playing characters from other actors, Tatyana Petrovna Pankova did not portray them in the same way as the previous actresses, but rather, she introduced some of her individual characteristics into each hero. At the same time, she tried to make her characters harmonize with what is happening on stage. Tatiana Petrovna was always interested in such roles, filled with everyday nuances, a variety of emotions.

In her favorite theater for her own life, she took part in more than a hundred productions. Tatyana Pankova is an actress, who rightly can be attributed to one of the most original artists of that time. From the masters of the genre, who played before her, she absorbed all the best. This is the expressiveness of the speech of the heroes, and the richness, full sonority of the characters, and the gay element of fulfillment, and much, much more. In the characters of the actress there were dramatic and piercing specificity, lightness and legacy of the famous "old people" of the famous theater, inimitable harmony. All this made the master of acting art itself Pankov, who could play any genre, from comedy to drama.

Cinema

Actress was filmed in parallel with the theatrical work and in the cinema. As on the stage, Tatyana Petrovna Pankova, whose filmography includes a rather large number of films, was given entirely to her work. Her first published role was the inconspicuous character of the dressmaker, who spoke only one small phrase. After the director Annensky began to constantly call the actress to shoot.

Before the days of death, I worked, rehearsed, and, moreover, also was in the Union of theatrical figures Pankova Tatiana.
