Yuryuzan, river - rafting, fishing

In ancient times settlements of people were built along the banks of rivers. Because this provided them with food, clean water and the opportunity to trade with other tribes and communities. Rafting was a way of moving between settlements.

Today there are not so many rivers on the planet that have preserved their natural beauty and are not spoiled by civilization. One of them is the left inflow of Ufa - Yuryuzan, and the rafting along it became a branch of tourism and recreation.

Juruzan

Yuryuzan (the river) has a length of 404 km, and the beginning takes on the mountain Uglovoy Mashak in Eastern Bashkiria. It is considered an ideal place for family tourism and sports. The complexity of the passability of the rapids refers to the initial level, which makes the rafting along the Yuryuzan River accessible even for beginners.

Part of the riverbed passes among the mountains, so the main landscape is steep cliffs, covered with trees and shrubs. Up to the section of the middle course, which ends near the village of Verkhnyaya Luka, the river is considered mountainous, and its width ranges from 30 to 50 m.

The next section is called lowland, and the canal extends to 110 m and often winds. When Yuryuzan (the river) enters the Ufa plateau, it is again surrounded by rocks, and the width becomes from 70 to 100 m with a slope of up to 0.8 m / km.

Constantly changing structure of the shore, picturesque places, as if specially created by nature for parking, attract a large number of fans of water alloys from all over the country.

Nature of the river Juruzan

To the place where the tributary Katav flows into Yuryuzan, the river is considered quite turbulent and winding. The place below the confluence of the tributary becomes calm, and from the city of Ust-Katav and to the border of Bashkiria with the regional region, the picturesque Yuryuzan River and the surrounding area are declared a natural monument.

The river bed in this interval reaches a width of 200 m during the high water, in the other period it does not exceed 30 m at a depth of 25-35 cm on the ruts and 4 meters on the reaches. On the high and steep banks of the rocks there are many caves, some of which were once the sites of ancient tribes.

The Great Limonovsky ridge is recognized as the most picturesque place on the river, the height of the cliffs hanging over the water at a height of 80 m. The coastal part of the river is covered with coniferous forests rich in mushrooms and berries, and the bears, moose, otters, wolves, lynxes and ermines . Among the birds there are often black grouse, capercaillie and grouse.

Rafting along the river Juruzan is a great impression of the beauty of the surrounding nature, the purity of water and air.

Among the famous sights of the river are caves and grottos in the surrounding rocks and the resort "Yangan-tau".

There are so many caves that it is impossible to survey everything, but the most famous and visited, Idrisovskaya, is at a height of 45 m above the river level. Its length is 93 meters, which includes several grottoes with corridors. On the walls of Idrisovskaya cave there are well-preserved drawings of rock paintings of ancient people.
