Yevgeny Murayev. Who will replace the current hotheads?

"I believe that the power is seized by military means, all decisions are taken in an unconstitutional way," those who are really familiar with the peculiarities of the "democratic" structure of the current state in Ukraine can appreciate the courage of such a statement.

The impoverishment of citizens as a result of the current economic policy of the total dependence on the IMF, the closure of enterprises, rising unemployment - and shocking against this background, higher salaries for high-ranking officials. Disastrous for the budget of ordinary citizens, the increase in tariffs, the abolition of benefits, the taxation of pensions - and the next unthinkable in its absurdity action - rewarding in the beginning of this year the members of the Cabinet of Ministers at the rate of seven months' salary of an ordinary Ukrainian. Restriction of freedom of expression: it is worth remembering the elections in Kharkov, Mariupol, Lugansk and Donetsk regions, in Dnepropetrovsk and Krivoy Rog. The ban on showing in Ukraine films that have become classics of the world cinema (now you can not see the works of the great Ryazanov on TV), the introduction of censorship, cyberpolitics, the trampling of law in the Rada itself (what are the so-called truants, push-buttons, flagrant violations of regulations), rampant lawlessness in the country , Perpetrated by representatives of "patriotically" minded forces - such is the general picture.

Who is Eugene Muraev? What is the essence of this political project, which is becoming increasingly popular?

The end of the short digression into history and the introduction to the presentation of the politician may be the words: "We will fight against this", said Yevgeny Murayev during one of his speeches, whose biography is interesting and promising.

Yevgeny Muraev, biography: economic and political activity

The beginning of the political career of Yevgeny Murayev is his first election to the Kharkov regional council, where he headed the work of the commission on fuel, energy saving and housing and communal services.

In 2010, Yevgeny Murayev as a representative of the Party of Regions is elected to the regional council, and in the same year he becomes head of the Zmiev Regional Administration. For the period of his work in the rating on social and economic development Zmievshchina came out in the leaders of the region in many respects. It should be noted also the organization and implementation of programs:

- construction of social housing, clubs, kindergartens;

- reconstruction of museums and monuments;

- centralized collection and disposal of domestic waste;

- Reforming and development of housing and communal services, which made it possible for the first time to reduce the cost of heat for residents of the region by 12.5%, as well as the commissioning of three deep water wells and two treatment complexes.

In the fall of 2012, Yevgeny Murayev is elected by the majority constituency No. 181 to the Verkhovna Rada.

Two years later, he is re-elected to parliament. He participates in the work of the Committee on Tax and Customs Policy.

Since spring 2015 (after the change of power) - the Minister of Trade and Economic Development of the Opposition Government.

Social activity

Yevgeny Murayev (deputy) is implementing projects to increase energy independence and energy saving in his native city, initiating the replacement of windows in social institutions, facilitating the arrangement of boiler houses on alternative fuels.

Much attention is devoted to the military-patriotic theme: during its activity it supports and heads actions aimed at maintaining memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, initiates search and re-burial of the remains of unknown soldiers, reconstruction of the museum of local lore in Zmiev, publication of books about heroes, actively repairs monuments And memorable signs,

On the initiative of Murayev, construction of educational and educational complexes, children's and sports grounds is being carried out.

The deputy organizes and becomes a participant in sports and mass events.

Yevgeny Murayev is a member of the group of deputies "For Peace and Stability", who in order to establish a dialogue between the parliaments of Ukraine and Russia in September 2014 met with State Duma deputies in Moscow.

He is the author and participant of more than forty legislative initiatives.

An active participant in political talk shows, TV and radio programs, during which spectators and listeners remembered his bold, reasoned critical attacks against the current government.

So, repeatedly during the broadcasts, the government's position on the IMF loans is criticized, which, according to the State Department, "leads nowhere". In contrast to the "mediocre economic policy" of the state, the State Department Murayev expresses conviction in the need to develop its revenue side.

In one of the television interviews Murayev criticized the actions of Tatar activists on the blockade of the Crimea, which, in his opinion, is a criminal offense. For everyone there should be one law, says the people's deputy, "people's opinion" can not replace it.

Great opportunities for manipulation and falsification

Strict criticism in one of the broadcasts of the television channel ICTV was subjected to Yevgeny Murayev elections. The law on local elections, supported by the Verkhovna Rada, opens up great opportunities for falsifications in the counting of votes, the politician said. In the content of the Law there is nothing in common with democracy. When it was adopted, one and a half thousand amendments were not taken into account. The document, contrary to the Minsk agreements, does not provide for the will of temporarily displaced persons (1.5 million former residents of Donetsk and Lugansk), voting in the so-called ATO zone. According to E. Murayev, relying on the new law, it is impossible to hold elections correctly.

The deputy was criticized by the government's double standards , which takes into account only the recommendations of the Venice Commission, beneficial to the current Ukrainian authorities. Thus, the decision of the Venice Commission was violated, prohibiting changes to the electoral legislation in the period less than a year before the election. In Ukraine, the law was adopted four months before the election.

A blatant violation of the civil rights of Ukrainians, the MP considers an unprecedented unlimited influence of the administrative resource on the course of preparation for the elections, one of the manifestations of which are obstacles in registering the regional cell of the Opposition block in Kharkov. In connection with all violations of the law by the authorities in the preparation and conduct of elections, their legitimacy, according to E. Murayev, is in great doubt.

The words of the current rulers are in many ways divergent from reality. This is acknowledged by experts, representatives of increasingly broader political circles, and ordinary citizens.

As, however, one could foresee, democracy in Ukraine, which passed through the meat grinder of the so-called Revolution of Dignity and ATU, unfortunately did not happen. A totalitarian regime is being formed in the country, this can already be said directly.

No matter how mildly the president smiles on the television screen, assuring from the rostrum of some European forum that democratic reforms are in full swing, many are already clear: the Ukrainian people have no choice with this power. And the future is?

According to E. Murayev in one of the media interviews, the future of Ukraine depends on those who will replace the "current hotheads".
