About the procedure: first cleaned. Then a day later I went to the reception, it took 2 hours 15 minutes. Of these, the first half hour photographed the original teeth, discussed what color would be desirable, picked up the tone. When I asked why others say 40 minutes, they said that it is physically impossible - in less than 1.5 hours nothing can be whitened. In some clinics, cunning and "whitening" what is just not called - and a simple hygienic cleaning of teeth, too, which certainly is not bleaching.

They lighted three times, it turned out well, but the doctor said that she can ache a little at first and invited to a free reception in two weeks, when the color is completely settled. Before the first night, a puffed up, took painkillers, the next day before dinner ponylo, but tolerant. And now everything is in order - the teeth are bright.
