What will happen if you do not pay the loan to the bank? How can you avoid liability?

Sometimes there are situations when a person draws up a loan in a financial institution and there are problems with its repayment. In this case, the question arises about what will happen if you do not pay the loan to the bank.

According to statistics, many customers who have decided not to pay the loan remain solvent citizens. Borrowers simply leave their commitments. And for this there are numerous reasons. Some simply do not want to give their own savings, others are sure that the creditor requires a large interest, etc.

But it is necessary to remember: if a person is "hanging" a loan, then he must repay it. Although when he is not afraid of difficulties and dangers, you can continue to ignore the lender and find out what will happen if you do not pay the loan to the bank.

What is the percentage of non-return?

In any credit structure there is the notion of "non-return interest". In other words, the lender establishes a fixed interest covering all expenses on the issued loan, which the borrower is obliged to repay. The minimum threshold for this indicator is 3% of the loan amount.

Nevertheless, it is not worth not to pay the loan, since the creditor does not want to part with your finances for nothing. The organization will take all measures to redeem it, and then the borrower will understand what will happen if the loan is not paid to the bank. First, the employee of the financial institution will act softly and call for a conversation. During it will announce the amount of debt and find out the reason for non-payment. In a similar conversation from the borrower you can hear the familiar phrases: "I remember my loan, but now I can not repay, because there is nothing to pay the loan." What to do in this situation, so as not to bring the matter to court? You can agree that within a few weeks the amount will be repaid, but do not be impudent and ask for months to return the debt. Some borrowers, thanks to these promises, can postpone the payment for a sufficiently long period. However, in a large bank such a scheme of promises will not pass, and it will be necessary to pay on time.

What will happen if you do not pay the loan to the bank after the expiration of the promised time?

In this case, banks resell debts to collector companies that knock them out of debtors. Their goal is to return money at any cost, so they will begin to put pressure on the client by any legal ways. Every day, employees will not only call the cell phone, but also come home and demand to return debts. Do not hide, because collectors can start calling your loved ones and threaten. They can terrify you by saying that if you do not pay a loan, they will put you in jail for a long time. Collectors will do everything for you to stop sleeping peacefully. They will take the case to court, and the bailiffs will start to visit you. You can, of course, hide and not open the door, but the truth is on their side, and you just broke the terms of the contract and will have to suffer punishment.

You can hide for three years and wait for the statute of limitations to expire , but you will never be able to get a loan again.
