The next moment is a contrast shower, which has a beneficial effect on the body condition and also promotes vivacity. What else? Men, pay attention to what a woman does every day, and follow her example, that is, take time to yourself loved. What is included in this program? What you like. You can read your favorite book, you can give time to your appearance, you can talk on the phone with someone you have not heard for a long time. In general, devote a few minutes to meeting your desires.
