What is the negative effect of noise on the human body?

When you travel along major highways, the presence of soundproof panels located on the side of the road is unlikely to hide from your view. What are they created for? The fact is that silence for a person is not only a condition of a comfortable existence, but also one of the pledges of health. The whole reason is that people living near noisy motor roads, railways and airfields are exposed to the negative impact of noise, the devastating effects of which are shocking.

The influence of noise on the human body can not be overestimated. Our nervous system is designed in such a way that the auditory analyzer is able to protect our perception from such negative effects for a long time. After all, some representatives of the population of the planet are happy to notice that the noise does not bother them, or they do not hear it at all. This once again proves the unique ability of our brain to protect us from the negative manifestations of the modern world.

And meanwhile, years later, the effect of noise on a person manifests itself in such a way that the body ceases to cope with the regular load imposed on it. This leads to the fact that people become more irritable, nervous and quick-tempered. The resistance to tolerable stresses is lost. Those who have not reacted to noise before can not carry it now. If you do not provide them with silence, the stressful state begins to turn into a depression with all the ensuing consequences.

Also, the effect of noise on the human body manifests itself in the violation of the internal organs: there are increases in blood pressure, arrhythmia, dyspepsia and stress ulcers. It is dangerous that hearing in such a situation does not fall under such influence. It, on the contrary, becomes aggravated, and the person starts to listen even to what earlier at all did not notice.

At the work where the influence of noise on the human body occurs regularly, the hearing loss begins to suffer for the employees, and not the hearing zone of the brain.

The fact is that constant noise leads to the fact that the receptors of hearing are thinning: those cells that are supposed to trap a sound wave can no longer cope with the usual load. This is due to the fact that the body seeks to protect the brain from strong sound streams. If this did not happen, under the negative influence of noise on the human body would fall and those brain structures that are responsible for speech, balance, memory and writing.

The first symptom of such a negative influence is hearing loss or development of hearing loss. First, the understanding of the words spoken in a whisper is reduced, then the perception of speech is reduced, but at first it is insignificant.

If a person does not take measures to limit the negative impact of noise, then the hearing begins to drop dramatically. I also have problems such as dizziness and frequent headaches.

Headphones are especially dangerous today. They are practically an integral part of the attributes of each young person. The thing is that the negative impact of noise on the human body in this case is very high: loud music is audible from a close distance with the use of special plugs, and this causes irreparable harm to health. Note that this negative effect is increased if a person wearing headphones takes food or chews chewing gum at this time. The auditory meatus changes constantly in diameter, which greatly aggravates the situation.

Naturally, the young organism is strong and able to overcome powerful auditory loads. However, this is only up to a certain point. Loud music provokes the development of asthenic syndrome (headaches, irritability, learning progresses decrease, fatigue rises). Then depression develops.

So it is necessary to pay close attention to your health and everything that surrounds us.
