What are chakras, where are they and for what answer?

Today we know that man is a rather complex energy system. It distinguishes such elements as chakras. But not everyone can imagine how they work, why they are needed. Let's consider in more detail what chakras are, what function in the body they perform. The question is not completely theoretical. Practical application of knowledge about the structure of the human energy system makes it possible to improve the quality of life. Interesting?

What are chakras?

It should be remembered that a person, other than the physical, has a few more subtle (energetic) bodies. Each has its own function. For example, the mental accumulates thoughts, is responsible for logic, and the astral - for feelings and emotions. Through energy, people communicate with each other. And there is interaction through the chakras. These are original energy centers in the human etheric body . It does not coincide with the physical, it has a slightly larger size. On its surface there are seven pairs of "funnels", out of which come and enter rays, organized in the process of contact with other people. To understand what chakras are, you need to look at the world through the eyes of the clairvoyant. That is, to perceive not only the physical body, but also the subtle, in particular, etheric. It is not homogeneous. On its surface, constantly flowing energy, accumulating in certain places. They are the chakras. They are also called lotuses. Education really resembles a beautiful flower, capable of opening petals towards the light or shutting them down under negative influence. In translation, the chakra means a rotating wheel with spokes. And indeed it is. In the etheric field this fine-energy organ spins at a crazy speed, accumulating and emitting streams.

Why do we need chakras?

Before proceeding to the description of these structures, it is necessary to understand what function they perform in the body. When people interact with each other or with nature, they receive (give) portions of energy. It seems to us that we perceive the environment through the senses. In this process, all the thin fields participate. They process the received "impressions", assimilate and broadcast them outside. All this happens through the chakras. They are the first to receive a signal from the interlocutor, for example. And subtle bodies feel not only what a person wants to say or demonstrate, but also his radiation, formed by true feelings, thoughts, intentions. Recollect, whether faced with a situation when the interlocutor like says the right things, and you feel falseness? This chakra is warned by the subconscious mind, and it tries to warn the brain through intuition. In the energy space there is nothing secret. We get full information about everything that's happening. But to the consciousness it basically does not reach. However, thin fields on it react sensitively. Chakras are closed from a negative blow. From this through time personality suffers, the organs of the physical body become ill.

How are the chakras associated with the body?

There is quite a lot of information that fine-energy formations are responsible for the work of the physical body. This is not quite true. When you understand what chakras are, you need to look at their structure. These are not flat formations. They really resemble a lotus flower, the stem of which is attached to the area of the spine. As we know, it is there that the main energy channels of man go. One by one, the force flows from the universe to the center of the earth, on the other - in the opposite direction. It is with them that the chakras are connected. Rotating, they translate into space part of the energy received by man, already processed by thin fields. That is, flows from the universe and the earth are filled and transformed by a person, and then radiated into space. In addition, the enchantment fills certain organs with vitality. But this is a non-main function. More importantly, they recycle the energy received, organizing the interaction of the person with the surrounding space. But, if it is negative, it malfunctions, then the organ associated with a particular center becomes ill. For example, if the 4 chakra is closed, the cardiovascular system suffers. This center is responsible for the feeling of love. Remember the expression of a broken heart? It is related to the work of the chakra. If a person suffers from an undivided feeling, he feels it on the heart at the physical level, up to the formation of the ailment.

What are the chakras?

There are seven main centers in the etheric body. They are arranged in pairs. If you introduce them in the form of funnels, then one appears in front of the person, the second - on the opposite side. They have the following names:

  1. Muladhara is the kundalini chakra. It is located in the coccyx region. She is responsible for the connection of man with the earth.
  2. Swadistan - is at the base of the spine. It's called sexy. This center is responsible for immunity.
  3. Manipura. Search for it should be in the navel. It is responsible for digestion, perception of the physical world.
  4. Anahata is in the heart area. This center is responsible for the feelings of a person. It fills the cardiovascular system with energy.
  5. Vishudha is located at the base of the neck. This is the so-called chakra of the throat. It is responsible for the respiratory system, is associated with the thyroid gland.
  6. Ajna is in the forehead area. This is the third eye. The center is associated with the work of the nervous system and the brain. He is responsible for transmitting information over long distances.
  7. Sahasrara is a chakra located above the head. It takes and distributes power through thin fields. It is associated with lymphatic and bone systems.

Why all this know?

Let's digress a little. The person who first learned that there are major chakras probably thinks: why all these difficulties? What should I apply to my knowledge? In fact, you feel the work of the centers constantly, but in any way it is not connected with energy. For example, muladhara, the chakra responsible for communication with the earth, gives rise to a sense of security. If it works normally, a person, as they say, has a firm support. He feels confident, acts energetically, achieves great results. If this chakra is closed, fears are dominating the personality. She experiences constant, sometimes unreasonable anxiety, uncertainty. If the problem is not solved, then the kidneys will suffer, there will be pain in the lower back. Often failures in the work of this chakra give rise to a sense of loneliness. A person suffers from what nobody in the world needs. This leads to a malfunction in the work of the center. Which, in turn, leads to increased anxiety. This is how all the chakras work. But each has its own function. Let's consider them.

Svadhistan and its functions

This is the center of pleasure. It is associated with sexuality, joy, happiness. The energy of this chakra is pushed by the person in search of constant entertainment, new sensations. If the center works normally, then the person enjoys the process of life. All that she does, gives rise to inner calm, a sense of satisfaction. The result is not so important. After all, we come to the world for experience. If this chakra closes, a person falls under the influence of negative emotions. He can not achieve satisfaction, including sexual. That's why he feels anger, irritated, sad. He strives to find new impressions, which, in turn, leave him disappointed. Serious disorders affect the reproductive system.

Manipura. For what answers? What is he doing?

1 chakra connects between the two previous ones, which are considered instinctive, and higher, which will be discussed further. He is responsible for confidence, a vital position, the right choice, values and beliefs. If it functions normally, it is easy for a person to determine what exactly he wants. He without a shadow of doubt directs actions on realization of dream. Closed chakra pushes people to conflicts. He either wants to take away the values from others, or he feels guilty. Or maybe both. The lack of energy in this chakra generates despots and victims. The former seek to enslave other people, force them to fulfill their whims. The latter do not have the strength to resist. They can not stand up for themselves, they agree with the role of the victim. This is bad for the work of the heart and shortens the life of the earth.

Anahata

This center connects man with the world around him. She is responsible for love: to herself and others. In normal work, a person is harmonious, his soul and ego act in unison. All around happy. Personality calmly accepts itself, surrounding and occurring events. If the chakra is closed, then there are signs of imbalance. For example, tearfulness, sentimentality, dependence on the opinions of colleagues or acquaintances. This is an abnormal condition. Individuals with disruption of the operation of this chakra can easily be manipulated. They fall under the influence of any kind of propaganda, they give their life forces to solve the problems of other people. It is necessary to love yourself, to feel a full-fledged person, to realize their own tasks. And for this you should analyze your emotions, control reactions.

Vishuddha

This is the center of creativity for every single person. He pushes to the feeling of freedom, self-realization. If the chakra functions normally, the personality feels like a creator. It is unique and unrepeatable, honest with itself and others. If the center is closed for some reason, a person loses the ability to realize himself. He is insecure, does not understand what he wants to achieve, what to do. Often these are liars trying to give a wish for reality. Because of the inability to achieve inner harmony, the respiratory system suffers, asthma develops.

Ajna

This is the so-called third eye. It provides an opportunity to look into the unknown, to receive information directly from the universe. Chakra is responsible for the development and work of intuition, self-awareness of an element of a large energy world. If it is closed, a person suffers from excessive self-esteem, or, on the contrary, denies the existence of something other than that which can be felt. Violation of the work of this center leads to alcoholism, drug addiction.

Sahasrara - the illumination chakra

This center, as already noted, receives energy from the universe. The chakra works with everyone else. She is responsible for insights, spirituality, enlightenment of the person. Her normal work leads to the appearance of a halo, as in icons. But only people with extrasensory abilities see this .

Normalization of the work of the centers

It should be noted that the energy of the chakras is not constant. It depends on the accumulated experience, thoughts, feelings, attitude to the world. To start the chakras, normalize their work using a lot of tricks. For example:

  • Bija mantra. These are special sounds that need to be pronounced smoothly, like singing. Each center has its own sound. If you say the word "OM" in a sing-song, Sahasrara is harmonized.
  • Another technique for discovering this chakra - a thousand petals - is invented by yogis. For melodious music, you need to sing the word "Ogum". It is believed that the vibration of the sounds of the Sanskrit alphabet influences the operation of the subtle bodies of man. This is used by yogis. Try and you to run all the chakras and experience complete bliss from life.
