Useful cocktails for a blender

Everyone knows that the blender is intended for grinding various products, as well as for the preparation of mashed potatoes, dough, sour cream and cocktails. In the summer, cocktails for a blender will not only help to quench your thirst, but also enrich the body with many vitamins. Fresh vegetables and fruits mixed with sugar, cream and other ingredients can give vigor and strength for the whole day.

There are oxygen, green, nonalcoholic and alcoholic cocktails for a blender. In this article, we will consider some recipes for their preparation.

Oxygen cocktails are made from any berries, for example, cranberries, sea-buckthorn, blueberries, strawberries and others. Such drinks are good for removing toxins and harmful substances from the body, which are formed due to burning.

1. Milk cocktail.

One hundred grams of powdered sugar mixed with a hundred grams of any fruit, add fifty grams of milk or cream and mix it well in a blender.

2. Milk and coffee cocktail with honey.

1. Strawberry mousse.

Three proteins are beaten into a steep foam, add half a cup of granulated sugar and three hundred grams of crushed strawberries and mix well.

Moreover, such drinks (non-alcoholic) allow you to supplement the human body with a lot of vitamins, especially in the spring, when they are so lacking. It should be noted that fruit for cocktail preparation can be taken both fresh and frozen, which in no way affects their taste and useful properties.
