Trapezium is a muscle that we do not see in the mirror

If you often visit a regular gym, then, probably, agree with me that only a few bodybuilders are engaged in pumping a department such as a trapezoid. This muscle is usually not visible and, according to most nonprofessional bodybuilders, this department is simply overshadowed by others, for example: biceps, press, chest. But this is not so! Trapezium - the muscle is no less "ostentatious" than the same biceps, but for this it is also necessary to work with it.

If, for example, pay attention to street fighters. Professionals in this field have a definite sign that before him is a very serious and dangerous opponent. This sign is a powerful scruff, that is, a perfectly developed trapezium - a muscle. It is this factor that is an indicator of real strength. Therefore, most bodybuilders-lovers, ignoring this part of the body and doing only indicative, popular, make a very big mistake.

Trapezium - the muscle is large enough and in area it is almost equal to the rectus abdominus - the press. How much effort is required to pump up the press and continue to maintain it in order, I do not think anyone should explain it, this is known to everyone today. So, with regard to this department of effort and labor will have to apply no less. It also requires a very large and well-thought-out program, and it is best to start it immediately, along with the rest, because in the future it will not be easy to fix this omission.

But the trapezoidal muscle requires a special approach, rather thin and cautious, since its incorrect stimulation can lead to quite serious changes in the work of important organs, such as the autonomic nervous system and the brain. In modern medicine, many interesting discoveries have been made on this subject. In particular, if you take into account the peculiarities of its innervation (nervous control), you can get an excellent site that gives access to almost any think tank, which allows using this muscle for treatment.

Nevertheless, if you strengthen it correctly, it will save you from many health problems. The trapezoidal muscle helps to function normally on the neck and shoulder girdle, and not only is it responsible for their functionality, but also perfectly protects against various types of injuries in this area, for example - cervical vertebrae and clavicles, but this is in case this department is sufficiently developed And strengthened. To date, several special exercises have been designed specifically aimed at pumping the trapeze.

Here's one of them. It is necessary to stand up straight, spread your legs a little narrower than your shoulders, take up the barbell, placing your hands on the fretboard widely enough. Then you should straighten your back, pulling the shoulder blades together and lifting your chin up. At the same time, you should feel a slight tension in the muscles. The very exercise is to lift the shoulders in this position, with the bar in their hands, while trying to reach them as far as the ears. It must be remembered that the upward movement should be a jerk, then fix in this position and slowly lower your shoulders down. Do this exercise should not be more than 10 times.

For most bodybuilders of great interest is soleus muscle. It is quite thick, wide and located just below the calf. Passes on the back side of the legs, taking its origin from the bones of the shins. The soleus muscle is wider than the gastrocnemius, and therefore protrudes from both sides beyond its edges. And it is on her that one has ¾ of the total calf muscles.

The function of both of them, in general, is the same and consists in raising our body to the socks, and this is not easy, because the muscles have not so much volume. Nature, in this case, arranged everything very cleverly. If the knee is in the forward position, the main load falls on the calf, and if in the bent, then - on the sole, thus shifting the load from one to the other, for example, when running.

Many nonprofessional bodybuilders do not go into the subtleties of the anatomical structure, and therefore they try to pump these muscles while standing, only developing calves, and in fact in the overall composition they make up only one-fourth of the total mass, and hence the training work is done only by a quarter.
