Moscow schoolchildren will strengthen legal knowledge.

In November 2011, a series of classes for teenagers aimed at the prevention of law violations among young people will be held in schools in Moscow - "The Law is One for All". The program is implemented by the educational and methodological center "Enlightenment" with the support of the Department of Family and Youth Policy in Moscow.

The problem of crime among minors has long been in front of Russia. Anton Makarenko also described in his "Pedagogical Poem" his hard work on the re-education of young offenders. Perhaps modern followers of the famous teacher could envy Anton Semenovich: every five years the crime rate in Russia increases by 14-17%.

To participate in the program it is planned to attract about a thousand teenagers aged 13-17 years - pupils of Moscow schools.

The key event of the project "The Law is One for All" will be the presentation of the methodical manual "Serious rules". The main purpose of the publication is the prevention of offenses among minors. The manual is designed in the form of a bright stylish comic book, revealing such important legal concepts as "administrative responsibility", "offense", "legal capacity". This form of presentation was chosen not by accident - the organizers of the project want to sincerely interest the youth, to draw her attention to the problem of early offenses.
