Thematic control in the Dow: theoretical foundations

Control in a pre-school educational institution is necessary first of all in order to timely detect and resolve the problems that arise before they become too serious, and also to stimulate the successful work of teachers, to identify and generalize the best pedagogical experience. Unfortunately, the word "control" is often perceived negatively by caregivers and specialists of the kindergarten, as well as any verification. One of the main types is the thematic control in the DOW. It is usually held at least twice a year for annual tasks. The senior educator together with the head of the institution makes a plan for carrying out the control, which prescribes the goals.

Conducting thematic control in the DOW. Objectives

There are several goals and subgoals of this control. Here are a few examples. Purpose: to study the system of work of educators and other specialists in the education of moral and ethical feelings in children in gaming; Sub-goal: to study the level of professional training of educators and other specialists in the organization of gaming activities of pupils. The tasks that this sub-goal implies can be as follows: to study the methods of conducting children's play activity, to identify the most effective methods for guiding children's play, to provide an individual approach to children in the game with different individual characteristics and abilities. The next sub-goal that this thematic control can include in the Dow: to study the state of work with legal representatives of pupils on the issues of education of children's moral and ethical feelings in gaming. Objectives: to identify the most effective methods and forms of work with legal representatives on the education of moral and ethical feelings in children in gaming, to study the content of materials in the parent corners and other visual information for parents to improve their pedagogical competence in the organization of gaming activities in the family, To study the planning of work with parents on the upbringing of children's moral and ethical feelings in the game and so on.

The thematic control plan in the POC

When planning, it is necessary to take into account the terms in which the audit will be carried out. Usually, about one month is allocated to thematic control in the DOW: three weeks directly for review, a week for writing a certificate (analysis), which is read out by the pedagogical council. In terms of it it is necessary to prescribe the type of control, its content, goals, objectives, as well as objects and subject of control, methods, terms and responsibilities. When conducting thematic control, it is very convenient to use a special diagnostic material and developed map-schemes for evaluating one or another activity.

Types of control in the pre-school

As already mentioned, the thematic control in the DOW is the main control. But apart from it there are also operative (monthly), medico-pedagogical (once a quarter), preventive, personal, self-monitoring and mutual control - as necessary. All types of control are prescribed in the annual plan of the institution for the current academic year.
