At each enterprise, which is associated with production, construction or other work where there is an increased risk of labor, a standard instruction on labor protection is applied. This document is issued for each workplace separately. Therefore, a person who, according to the staff list, is listed as a driver of a motor vehicle, can not work as a truck driver, he must have his own standard safety instructions for the driver.

All the documents compiled must be approved by the departments for health and safety at the Ministry of the RF. They are designed to develop local regulations, taking into account the working conditions at a particular enterprise.

The standard instruction on the protection of labor is the main document, which specifies the rules of conduct of the employee when performing work in the workplace. Employees of all qualification and discharge groups, as well as their immediate supervisors, should know all the requirements that are put on the safe performance of production functions. The management of the organization should create conditions in all workplaces that meet the rules of the OT, and provide its employees with PPE.

Every employee of an enterprise is obliged to comply with all the requirements of the instruction. In the case of noticed malfunctions of equipment, structures, as well as in case of accidents, the worker must inform the higher management. All personnel of the enterprise are personally responsible for non-compliance with the rules of TB. The workplace and production equipment must be cleaned and cleaned. The employee must ensure that his workplace is provided with means of protection and firefighting, documentation on the OT. The standard instruction on the labor protection of subordinate personnel prohibits the execution of management orders that contradict the requirements of this instruction.

Labor protection in the construction industry is a system of legislative, hygienic, technical and organizational measures. The main goal is to protect the health of construction workers from accidents. The enterprise must provide its personnel with favorable working conditions to improve the quality of the work performed and increase productivity.

The construction works are carried out in accordance with the legislation of Russia on RT, as well as regulatory and legal acts. Standard instructions on labor protection in construction have been developed. They contain:

- conditions for admission of working personnel to perform their professional duties;

- The need to comply with the rules of the company's work schedule, the requirements for the implementation of the work and rest regime is indicated;

- dangerous and harmful factors of production, necessary overalls and other means of protection are listed.

In the sections of the instruction all actions of the employee are indicated before the start of execution, during and after the completion of work, as well as instructions for behavior in emergency situations. Before starting production, each workplace must be carefully prepared, all equipment and materials checked for serviceability. During the work, the employee must choose safe methods and methods of using technological equipment and equipment, lifting mechanisms, handle materials and raw materials carefully, perform actions that are aimed at preventing traumatic and emergency situations, and apply PPE. Upon completion of work, all equipment must be properly disconnected, waste and garbage removed, management notified of discovered shortcomings in the work, which may affect the safety of other workers. The instructions indicate a list of possible traumatic and emergency situations, the causes of their occurrence, the actions of the worker in such a situation, and in cases of trauma - the provision of pre-hospital care to the victim.

The standard instructions must have state registration, which is determined by the resolution of the Government of Russia.
