Conditions for obtaining social security from the city budget

To a pension in Moscow for a working pensioner has been credited correctly and on time, you need to submit the necessary documents to the Pension Fund . The main documents include:

New rules in 2016

In accordance with Federal Law No. 385, adopted in late December last year, pension payments will be indexed only to non-working pensioners.

Those who continue to work will receive an insurance pension and an additional payment to it without taking indexation into account. Citizens who have stopped their employment before September 30, 2015, pensions will be indexed automatically, and those pensioners who left work after this deadline must submit documents confirming this fact to the RF PF. The recalculation will be made from the 1st day of the next month.

It is noteworthy that only those pensioners who left work during the period from 01.10.2015 to 31.03.2016 will have to submit additional documents to the PF. After this date, a new reporting system will be introduced, and data in the PF will be transferred automatically.
