Summer fence - tackle for passive fishing
In the opinion of many, this method is passive fishing, as it requires only an evening attachment of the live bait and the morning lifting of the prey.
Of course, to some extent this is true, but the effectiveness of this method is not particularly high, since the probability of idle bites is high.
The summer zherlitsa, or "slingshot" in common speech, was invented a long time ago. Its main advantage is the simplicity of the design, combined with the unpretentiousness of materials for its preparation, failure-free operation and the lack of an alternative.
The summer jelly is a live bait, with which passively catch predators in open water. Outwardly it looks like a stand with a wooden slingshot attached to it, on which is wound with a large margin of fishing line, as well as with a leash, crochet and bait.
Fishing, which uses a summer zherlitsa, does not require special skill. The main thing is to put the bait on the hook correctly so that it is minimally traumatized.
For the stand is used a strong stake, which is slaughtered in the ground on the shore. It is installed so that it can withstand powerful jerks. The slingshot is carefully polished, so that the line can slip easily and never catch on.
The self-manufacturing of summer gerfils does not take much time. A good slingshot is obtained from a willow branch or from another shrub. Its horns must be symmetrical.
Some people like catching on the summer zherlitsu with a double crochet, on which are placed two zhivtsa. So they remain active longer, and the likelihood that they are interested in a predator, is doubled.
On reservoirs completely free from vegetation, a floating summer zillitsa is used. For her, a tightly closing plastic bottle adapts. A leash with a crochet is attached to it. In some cases, the sinker is also inserted. At the same time, the fisherman needs to constantly look at the bottle, in time to feel the bite and do the cutting.
This floating summer zherlitsa necessarily requires the presence of a boat, so it is not used by everyone. The placed circles must be controlled all the time. When the miter starts hanging, it starts spinning on the suspension line, and the bright side flashes. At this point, the fisherman needs to swim up and get the prey.
Summer zherlitsa, like its winter variety, is designed for predatory fish, most often for pike. However, its design implies certain limitations. For her wide ponds are not available, however quiet lakes and small creeks for fishing are perfect.
