One of the most common external antibacterial agents of a wide spectrum of action is streptocid liniment. The drug belongs to the group of sulfonamides and has long been used to treat infected wounds. Streptocide is a time-tested antibiotic. What is liniment

Therefore liniment is considered more effective than ointment or cream.
