  • 5-7 medium-sized potatoes;

  • sour cream;

  • Paprika (if there is a desire);
  • salt;
  • Water (one and a half liters).

Start cooking such a dish, as mushroom soup from podberezovikov, followed by washing mushrooms in cold water. Then they need to be soaked for one and a half to two hours. Then again carefully rinse the mushrooms and put in a saucepan, which will prepare the dish. Pour water, put on fire and bring to a boil.

To prepare it you will need:

  • 50-70 g of hard cheese;

Cook should be until ready, and then pour mushrooms with carrots and onions, and add vermicelli. Do not forget to put the laurel leaf and seasonings to taste.
