Sausages with pasta - a taste familiar from childhood

"I love the pasta!" - the familiar words from the song could easily sound like this - "I love sausages!". Sausages with pasta are familiar to everyone, their taste is familiar and loved. But their union is not as simple as it seems at first glance.

The familiar taste of childhood, food on a fast hand, nourishing and tasty - and it's all about them, favorite and irreplaceable pasta and sausages. These two components are perfectly used separately, but in a gastronomic union they are able to pamper their fans. It seems to be ordinary sausages with pasta. Sadly and trivially, you say, every second school child gets them for dinner. Partly you are right. But now we will convince you how quickly it is possible to create not just a standard second from the dining room menu, but also original and tasty dishes from macaroni and sausages.

So, unusual sausages with pasta require the following ingredients for preparation (quantity is selected based on their taste):

  • pasta;
  • Sausages;
  • carrot;
  • Tomato paste;
  • Sweet Bulgarian pepper;
  • Black pepper ground;
  • salt;
  • Cherry tomatoes.

Macaroni in salted water boil until half cooked and put into a frying pan. Next, we attach carrots, cut into strips, sliced sweet peppers, tomatoes cut into two parts, and tomato paste. Slightly pruned and add sausages, previously cut into slices. Then spice to taste and keep for 15-20 minutes on low heat.

The next useful and fragrant recipe you can prepare for a large family of six people, this is the number and it is calculated. And let your relatives be sure that the sausages with pasta can become a magnificent Sunday festive dinner.

You will need:

  • Sausages - 6 pieces;
  • Pasta - 300 grams;
  • Canned tomatoes - 375 grams;
  • Onion - 1 piece;
  • Green peas - 100 grams;
  • Tomato paste - 1 tea;
  • Cheese hard, grated on a large grater - 8 tbsp .;
  • Dried parchment - 1ch .;
  • Vegetable or meat broth - 100 grams;
  • Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp;
  • Pepper ground red.

Fry the onion along with sausages cut into slices. To them we will add tomatoes, tomato paste, green peas and broth, and we will not forget to add pepper and oregano. Leave on low heat to extinguish 15 minutes. We will prepare macaroni in an ordinary way and, cooked until ready, add to the total mass. And from the top we will drizzle cheese. Just delicious!

And here are the next sausages with pasta for the ever-hurried and busy people, as we will cook them quickly and simply in the microwave.

Take the cooked pasta, gram 300, and mix with 150 grams of melted cheese, then heat this mass until the cheese melts. While it melts, mix 100 ml of milk, finely chopped onions, 1 teaspoon of mustard and add to the pasta. Warm up another couple of minutes and attach the sausages whole or slices. After five minutes, a delicious and hearty dish is ready.

But the next original idea will help feed the capricious and fastidious kids. Some parents are afraid to include sausages in the ration of children, and in vain. Simply sausages should be chosen more carefully and only produced specifically for the children's audience, as they differ in their composition from other sausages. Macaroni with sausages is a recipe for fidgets, quite simple in cooking, but unusual in its design and final result. Try and be amazed!

  • Pasta, definitely spaghetti - 30 grams;
  • Sausages - 2 pieces;
  • dill;
  • salt.

So, let's start cooking. We cut the sausages across into 4 parts, and then carefully stick the spaghetti into the cross sections of these pieces.
