Not only sprinters are dreaming about increasing the running speed, but also those who try to maintain their fitness form at the proper level or just be healthy. Many do not just run around, but also strive for a constant increase in their speed.

In order for a person's running speed to be greater, it is necessary to shorten this phase so that contact with the support occurs as often as possible. At the moment of the flight phase, a person relaxes for a moment, which allows him to save his energy, and for this, the length of the running step should be optimal. There are many methods of interval running, but they all share a common essence, which consists in that one runner runs at maximum speed, then for a while reduces the tempo, then again increases the running speed. The section with the use of fast running depends on the individual training of the runner.

Regular running jogging contributes to the development of leg muscles, working out their correct setting, the gradual increase in the length and frequency of the running step, which inevitably leads to the fact that the speed of the person's run increases.

In order to properly prepare for the upcoming training, you need to observe a few simple rules, most important of which is comfortable clothing. Before the start of the race, you must necessarily warm up for five to six minutes. It includes a number of simple exercises that are necessary for warming up the body. After this, two or three minutes to go through an accelerated step to tune in to run. Stresses in the body should not be, movements should be easy and free.
It is necessary to stick to such a speed that the breath is carried through the nose. If this becomes difficult, it is necessary to go to the breath through the mouth and walk a certain distance to recover and then resume running again. The highest speed is achieved only as a result of persistent training with all the necessary rules and in accordance with the correct method.
