The song "Red on Black", written by Kinchev in 1987 and included in the album "Block Ada", is performed at every concert of the rock band. This is not just a successful song with a good word and meaning. Kinchev wrote it easily, without tension and strained reflection, putting his passion, his vision of the world, his soul into it.

Kinchev became the vocalist of "Alice" in 1984, bringing to the group his frenzied energy. Two bright creative personalities - the founder of the group Slava Zaderiy and the new star Kostya Kinchev - could not work together for a long time. Zaderiy leaves and creates another successful project, and Kinchev becomes the new leader determining the direction of the group. Red on black is the colors of Kinchev himself. In his opinion, there is so little white color on the earth that it can not be taken as a basis. His scenic appearance symbolizes both death, and rebirth, and cleansing fire.

These colors were chosen for themselves and by fans who called themselves "The Army of Alice". "Red on black," the text and music of which can be raised to the barricades, became their anthem along with the song "We are together."

The idea of uniting fans in the fan club "Army Alice" was voiced by Kinchev in the media in 1991. After the release of the album "Sabbat", where the composition "Red on Black" was re-included, thousands of fans of the band across the country united. They helped with the organization of performances, distributed souvenir products, got the right of free passage to concerts.
